In my opinion, after the last Update Condi Scourge is probably one of the best DPS builds in a non-speedrun setting because it's easy to play (no rotation), does good DPS, is inherently tanky (highest hp pool) and can spam defensiv support for the group (barrier and condition cleanse). Also, its fun to see the barriers on the whole group when you stack Scourges.

Then I'd say either Power Daredevil or Condition Scourge. Both have no weapon Swap and Scourge doesn't even have a real rotation (only priorities).
