Hello, I've been cosplaying on guild wars 2 for a while (I have a whole bunch of characters including DC comics) recently in the pvp area i saw a hulk from the movie thor ragnarok, but what caught my attention was his green color, how did he do it? I asked him he didn't answer :'( here is the screenshot: https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2023/33/5/1692359728-sans-titre-1.jpg this is obviously a norn, not a sylvari the pvp area disables infusions so it can't be that, maybe a potion? if you have an idea it would help me (not that I want to make a hulk it's really out of curiosity)
