  1. Hello everyone, I've got a question where I'd like some input or at best a member of the narrative team could give an answer to it. At the end of Icebrood Saga it was mentioned that those who were frozen by Jormag for years to come startet thawing after the end of both Primordus and Jormag itself. However it was left really vague how fast they would thaw and how this person would be affected. As far as how persons would be affected I think its fine to leave that open since every individual person might have a different way of reacting. As for how slow and fast they thaw, I think it is also okay to think that it really might take years, maybe decades so this might be something which keeps Tyria occupied for some years. Entering: The Void. Assuming that the void affected basically all of Tyria, which was implied by one of the last cutscenes of the End of Dragons story, I was wondering if the void basically broke out everyone who was frozen in their icy prisons? Why am I asking this: I currently have a character which was affected by Jormag and currently still sits in her icy prison. My roleplaying group plays with the events after End of Dragons, so I thought about creating a small story for them to play which adresses this part of the events in the world. I'd appreciate any insights regarding this and hope to find a conclusion which doesn't contradict anything already established in the world of Tyria 🙂
  2. The problem I see with this meta is not that mechanics are too hard or the boss has too much health. Main problem is overlapping timers. I remember when Tequatl first came out that there was a lot of trouble with it because timer were overlapped. To make it a bit more easier without outright nerfing that pile of bones down to a tissue they put a hold on the "main" timer when we managed to get a phase shift. I think 20 minutes is fine by itself but parallel to - jumping up via wisps - organize killing two/three legendary enemies at roughly the same time is waaaaay to punishing. My suggestion would be to put the main timer on hold when - players need to get into green circles - players need to split up to kill the legendary enemies While we're at it.. I have ONE nerf I'd like to see: Jadebot Waypoints. I don't think that it is intended to set a personal waypoint up on the platform so that if you become a wisp you just waypoint up and get out of this form. So disable the use of these waypoints for this encoutner.
  3. We went with the mindset that this isn't really possible, so we both decided to choose the stame stories. Quick update, problem is solved now. I don't know if I screwed something up on my part or the support looked at it, but I got my reward and my story progress.
  4. We were, otherwise I shouldn't have been able to accept the progress in the first place.
  5. Ticket Number: 6911368 After submitting this ticket and waiting ten days I asked for an update regarding that ticket. I still don't have a response. It's about a character of mine which is stuck at the end of the level 20 personal story. Visited the last instance with a friend (he opened that instance), I wanted to claim the progress, therefore the reward of my own story, and didn't get anything. Relogged, boosted that character to 30, And no way to get that reward. And I cannot re-enter that final instance for playing it again. And before someone wants to suggest it: Deleting the character and re-creating it is not a solution for me!
