In the past 2-3 months I started playing PvP way much more than any other gamemode and what I came to notice is that there is really a lot of bots in the game in EU servers (mostly playing necro) specially during off hours, I swear it become so normal facing bots in multiple matches during off hour session.I just finished a match where we had a bot that instantly change it direction the moment you ping a location in the map, me and other guys ping 2 locations at the same time (1-2 second difference) and the bot just changed its direction with the latest ping.Several match before it opponent had 2 bots and 2 of them were necro also and we won so easy cause they afked. Its sad how people doing their best to win would still lose cause of that bot issue that I see can be manged easily with botting detection technology that is being used in many other PvP games.

I got extra 4 ascended weapons and 2 ascended chest boxes and 3 ascended trinkets.I already have full ascended gear both berserker and viper so I don't need any extra, What should i do with them?

Full dps ranger/soulbeast can, its not as good as it used to be cause of all nerfs but its still viable counter.

Jeez can we stop with the crying about anything that have to do with rangers?Ohhh I get killed by ranger, how is that possible, oh look ranger can revive how is that allowed? Core necro, symbolbrand, shiro herald, and holosmith, all those 4 I mentioned are better than ranger and they are the current power creepasof the meta right now but for some reason all I see is people crying about ranger that have very little play in top level. There is a very few rangers at top level for a reason and all the people that cry about ranger are not that good and want it to get nerfed rather than improving their gamplay.

People ignore firebrand/necro/holo/shiro herald and want to nerf ranger, a class that is not represented at all in WvW and have 1-2 viable builds in > Gold ranks in PvP.Pets have a very hard time hitting a moving target so I have no idea what are they doing to get rekt by pets like this? do they afk or what! BTW there is a reason why people started relaying more on pets damage and play core, all the nerfs to soulbeast made it way much less viable and the soulbeast e-spec as all seems not worth it anymore and ranger started playing core again, if they hate pets and don't want to play with core why they nerfed druid and soulbeast so hard? I think anet balance team can learn thing or two from icefrog dota on how balance should be implemented, you never balanced based on average rank gameplay, you balance based on top tier gameplay.

Was a big soulbeast fan, after the nerfs I gave it a try and it was fine in PvE but in PvP I don't see a reason to pick it over core ranger anymore.

Which one is better at the current meta for gold-plat gameplay?Bunker core ranger or the roamer soulbeast ? I see that pros and top players play soulbeast but most of the time I see people complaining about core ranger.What is the current state of ranger builds in sPvP?

Ranger (character) is not fine and yes pets make a lot of damage with boonbeast but what need to be nerfed is the boons affecting the pet not the pet itself cause that will affect all the non boonbeast builds, back to ranger, ranger is not fine at all and need some serious buffs, all of those nerfs just ruined druid and soulbeast and now most of the people are over reliant on pet damage cause the ranger got nerfed so hard. Pets are so outdated and can't hit moving targets and have multiple bugs that can make them sometimes nothing more than useless AI, pets either need a rework or the ranger class need a full rework and remove pets for good if you don't want to fix them.

I'm strong duelist were I win around 90% of my 1v1 and even 2v2 but on the other hand I melt instantly on teamfights and can't banker 2v1 ganks for long time, as a duelist what is the rotations that I must do? For example at the start of the game I went close and capped the point, should I rush far or continue to defend close or go mid to try to pick someone off? If the opponent have thief that constantly decap close should I stay close as long as the thief is around or what i should do cause he instantly decap the moment he see me move from close.If you have any general tips for rotations feel free to write them.

Wait bro people are still crying asking for pets nerfs next. Ranger representation in top 100 and tournaments are almost not existent but somehow more ranger nerfs are comming based on bronze-gold complains!! Ranger have no support with druid nerf and by default no AoE, only thing left was dualing 1v1 and they nerfed it and still they plan to nerf it more so I think they just want us to stop playing PvP maybe and stick to PvE.

New thief player here and lately I read a lot about the class more than I play just to learn it and thankfully there is a lot of good material out there to learn from, but I still have 2 question that I need to be clarified regarding stealth and steal.1- Regarding stealth, does it come from smoke blast/leap combos and utilities only or there is something else?2- Regarding steal, does the bundle of things I steal from connected to the target or its general bundle? and in PvP I steal from players based on what? Thanks

I like both of them, and I mostly play PvP more than PvE, which class between Thieve and Engineer is good for PvP and safer pick if I want to play ranked PvP?

This big hits comes from felines and they are shit at hitting moving targets so just keep moving around.
