Wow, Anet, you really need a better suggestion platform/mechanism. Anyway, this is regarding relics. Simple suggestion: allow relics to be stacked like runes and sigils. I'm guess they don't so you can sell more bank storage or something like that. Aside from that there is not reason they should not stack. Just like Essences should auto deposit into material storage or wallet. And while we are at it, how about finally allowing us to compact bank tabs. I don't think these suggested changes can be oversold.

All I want is an alternative means to WvW for getting Gift of Battle. Effing hate that part of acquiring legendary weapons.

My favorite Sylvari char is my Scourge. I do tend to theme her on the darker side as a nec but she had these cool luminescent green eyes to match the effects of her "Snake Stick" legendary. I just replaced my 2015 PC with a new one (I built); GW2 has never looked better (90-250 FPS, graphics on high and ultra, etc), so I wanted to see what my Scourge's eyes looked like. Imagine my utter shock and horror to see a pair of black, soulless peepers staring back at me! 😜

For all these people saying you should have to play all game modes, I call complete BS. I don't enjoy WvW and I play for enjoyment. When GW2 first launched, I distinctly remember the developers lauding the fact you could play the game the way you wanted to play. That there would be something for everyone. Forcing players to grind out in a game mode they have no interest in is counter to that mandate. I'm a casual player. Been one for ten years. The number one reason I take so long getting legendary weapons is I can't waste a day grinding through essentially empty WvW maps trying to fill the reward track. No one is going to convince me there is a good reason Anet cannot offer an alternate PvE method of obtaining GoB. And if not a PvE method, how about adding to PvP at least. Quick matches, quick rewards, less of a grinding feel. This is definitely one of the games shortcomings (in my opinion of course).

Have some under 18 family that play as well. Might want them to join. Need help with WvW reward tracks for legendary items. Enjoy a bit of actual ROLE play too in PvE; Don’t mind using Discord so long as there are not F-bombs every other word. Have a family, house and full time job so I can go weeks without playing but I love the game and always come back to it (Have played GW and ONLY GW since GW1 launched). Will to schedule play time too.

Yes, yes, yes. All of this. It is just a game people. RE-LAX. Ironically, many of the top ranked players I've chatted with are very kind and civil which supports the bad players like to blame others for the loss. Fortunately, reporting and chat blocking are available. In 18 ranked games, I only won 9. Out of all those losses, I only experienced verbal *ss hats once. Took a screen of their chat, reported them and sent the chat to Anet. I was never teamed up with any of them for the rest of the night.

Just adding my voice to support the original post. I would like to see sliders on the body options (shape, muscularity, etc). DAZ 3D level would be amazing but likely unrealistic. And the argument that Anet wants us playing the game more than tinkering with our characters is really hollow. Simply logging in is playing the game and the whole idea of Guild Wars is that you can play how you want to play. Stories, free roaming, crafting, pvp, WvW, mini games. If all people want to do is spend time making their characters look good, that is their prerogative. We all bought the game and spend plenty of money in the Gem Store. We are the customer and Anet gets our cash. How we play their game is up to us not them. So if greater character customization is in the top five requests, Anet should respond. From a business perspective, adding this feature as a salable item in the Gem Store could be a real cash infusion for the company. Oh and while they are at it how about bringing back all the emotes from GW1. Just sayin'.
