I kind of agree. I mean, to defeat a power chrono you've to dodge mirror blade, meanwhile some other specs have 5 or 6 huge damage skills.

No comparison at all. I'm having fun playing against Augury Sock. Really good server to make those pesky YouTube montages, their roamers are really bad even 1vs3 are kind of easy.

@Palikka.8249 You're far from being the only one who does this. I personally don't do it but my server has less people playing when fighting against wsr.

Its pretty obvious they're pouring resources into something else. SotO is awful on both quality and quantity. When SotO was announced some people said this and were spammed with confusion emotes. Everyone, or almost, that made both gw1 and gw2 are gone, so gw3 will be something different and if the last xpacs are an indication, for worse. I mean just imagine a game with classes made by this balance team.

25sec CD for a instant 1200 ranged shadow step the is a flip skill is good. I would use it to engage with power shatter combo instead of using blink.

Make it instant 1200 range and it will become usable. Remove blind and damage for all I care.

Oh sorry I forgot about the game's rule that says you can't be a target if you're playing healer.

If after posting other healing weapons you still think rifle is good theres nothing I can do to help, so I'll spare you a wall of text. But then again since you mention fractals I guess you're a pver, so whatever.

Check healing weapons on other professions and compare them with rifle. Rifle is indeed poorly designed.

@Ark.2694 @Alva.4590 Oh this thread is pve, whatever, in Pve anything works. On competitive modes any class except maybe ele has more mobility than mesmer.

Skill 4 is beyond garbage. It takes more time firing the stun than the stun duration, no one ever will get it. Skill 5 is garbage, barrier is meh the ally portal is ultra situational. Yeah you're right why would you want more mobility on a profession who has no access to swiftness/superspeed and has one port especially on a ranged weapon with no means to keep enimies at bay.

Indeed. This was the only source of fury for power mirage/chrono/mesmer. These balance team are absolutely worthless and show'd again they don't know their own game.
