I get to the characters page, then hit "Play" and It displays this error message since hours ago. I tried to relaunch it many times, during the first times it also displayed an error connection to the server, then it disappeared. What can I do?

Is it? Then it is not clear. For those like me who go with common sense, it is not likely to spend 200 gold for one delivery of 2 keys, a dye, 5 transformation charges and an heroic booster. I would never have bought that. Furthermore, Anet forgets easily that a lot of GW2 users are not English first language. So what is written "This package is -available- once a week per account" sounds to me much like "every week you get that". But I understand English first language people won't understand this, because averagely they don't have knowledge of other languages than their.

On 16/11/2023 (11/16) for 400 gems I bought the Weekly thing. It came together with the first delivery, but the week after it didn't work properly, not delivering the weekly supply package. Now it's the second week after the purchase and again I have seen nothing.

I am on Windows 10, DirectX11, crashes take place continously just after the Festival download. Switching to DX9 was of no use. Characters in Divinity's Reach and Crystal Desert crashed few seconds after login. The one in Frostgorge had the time to complete two hearts before chrashing.

Windows 10 here, not 7, continuos crashes just after big Festival download, and also after today's mini patch. Switching to DirectX 9 was of no use.

I experienced three crashes after logging in after the download of the Festival. All of the crashes happened to a character that already was in Divinity's Reach. A different one that is in Timberline Falls experienced no issues. Sent a report on line.

Adding an h certainly sounds better with the Cronospere nickname than mine ... maybe you have numerous characters with the Chronospere, Cronosphere, Chronosphere variants, but, if you haven't thought about it yet, you can keep my amused suggestion good.

It is not possible to do this, the only way you can verify that the name is available is to click the box where you wrote it.

They probably wrote what you say somewhere, honestly I didn't know this thing. If I had known, I would not have put valuable Sygils on the weapons, thinking that at least those I could have recovered, the day I had decided.

I owe a full set of armor and trinkets with Celestial stats, they are soulbound as they came with a level 80 boost. After a while I am deleting the character to build a new one, so I am looking for a way not to totally waste that gear. I see I am not allowed to salvage or forge the gear. Is there any other way to make some profit out of it?

It has happened to me more than once that I wanted to build a character around a specific name, which had its own meaning, and to ascertain, at the time of attributing it, that it already existed. I think it would be very convenient, for me as well as for others, if there was a way to verify the pre-existence of a name before getting to the final stage of character creation. A sort of independent database, available online.

Some time has passed and I would like to know if there is any news, that is, if the problem of loss of points has been fixed or if it still exists. Since writing this post I have suspended my End of Dragons attendance and would like to start playing again. Thank you

It is the first point you mention ☺️. I had evidently bought the recipe for Scorpiones from the NPC, while when I transformed the fossil for the sword I forgot to look for the recipe. Thank you very much :-)

I recently reached level 500 Weaponsmith and I would craft some weapons from half a dozen Dry Top Fossilized Insects I collected through the years. I managed to build a Scorpiones GW. But when I came to Cryptopidae I couldn't, as the Insect doesn't show in the ingredients when I am at the crafting place. I have all the required things as in the 9789 recipe. Could someone please tell me where I am wrong and how to fix things? Thanks!

Thanks all, I made a research asking for "points" before writing my post and gave me nothing. I probably miss some searching technique. However, after reading the threads you posted I confirm I will suspend playing in New Kayneng City and the other mentioned area until I get to Masterful Achiever. I hope the bug will be fixed.

I am truly worried about what happened. I had 19.449 points when I got to New Kaineng City today. Absolutely sure about that, I am a maniac in terms of getting to Masterful Achiever and I check progression very often. Then I won two points with a Drain Inlet Plumer something. When I came to look at my index I saw I have now 19.448 points. This bug really worries me because I am so close to Masterful Achiever. I am worried this thing will happen again and I will loose other points again. By the way, I will not play in New Kaineng City until I will read this mess is solved. And I demand my three points back.

I am at the final step of Chapter 3 of the Cantha story, Your kind of People. The task is to find 6 log boxes. I found 5. What blocks me is that there is no green star indicating the area to search for the last one as there was for the other boxes. Maybe I saw the star I need somewhere north-east of the main waypoint in Seitung, but it permanently disappeared no matter my multiple relogs in different days. Don't know what to do to go on.

Yes, thanks all, I only had to go to that Hall npc and buy the boat, as I already completed the required heart, and the second mastery line unlocked too. Fantastic!

Thank you :-) I will read that. As for the Mastery, yes, Fishing is complete. I have two mastery points left to apply to other lines but I can't select -any- other Mastery line, it's all locked with grey padlocks. Everything is blocked at the moment.

I completed the Fishing, but the next line of achievements is locked grey. f Furthermore, I don' get any more XP from any event or killing or else. I completed the Seitung province, so the hearts are ok. Also I am at the final step of round 3 of the Story. Still, I don't have a clue on how to get the boat, that I -presume- is necessary to unblock next achievement line. I really would appreciate indication.

I unlocked the first two fishing masteries, if that's what you refer to. Is there a proper mastery to unlock?

Ooops... I don't think so. I will look for that, thanks. What I have done was to fill every free space of the Ingredients/Materials sections in the Bank (all those I could buy), and I bought also two storage expansions and filled them with "things" that were sometimes required but did not have a proper space in the dedicated sections. Btw, I think I found a bug in one of the tree recipes Hoelbrak Chef asked me to prepare (can't remember which one at the moment). The cooking station refuse to accept the exact ingredients required, which I found on wiki.
