I filed a ticket with support with respect to an issue I am having with the new Legendary system. Support returned an email with a request for more detail. However when I tried replying to that request I received this response: This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity). I will wait and see what happens rather than making assumptions now.

It depends on what happens when I make more duplicates if it is a waste of resources. Suppose I want more Envoy armor but don't have the requisite items, but have plenty of the stuff needed to make more copies of WVW gear. If I knew I would get more Legendary trunks it could well be worth it. Another question is what happens if you have every legendary of a type already? The trunks don't do you much good unless new legendaries are added when there is a new expansion. Inquiring minds want to know.

I wonder what would happen if I crafted a duplicate legendary armor item. Would I end up with another legendary trunk?

It has been a LONG time since I have gotten an Endless or Permanent item.

I received the Dragon Coffers from a BLC.

Today I got two copies of Summer Light, an account bound exotic rifle. I wish that duplicate items that are essentially skins would not drop from BLC chests.

My wish is to greatly reduce the time necessary to craft WVW siege blueprints. 30 seconds per item in the Guild Assembler is horrible. It takes 2 hours just to make one stack of blueprints.

Always ALWAYS keep a backup copy of the game. Arenanet's download servers will sometimes mess up. Once I was unable to play for weeks because my game got corrupted and the D/L servers simply would not let you download the entire game.

I went with the USA definition of a stick of butter. Those of us in a number of other countries do not have sticks. I thought it was a colloquialism until I was told about a year ago that butter in the USA can come in actual sticks. Just out of curiosity what does it come out in other countries? Butter crock or just a small plastic bowl or something? Never actually shopped for groceries in another country actually.My wife, who comes from Chile states that their butter also come in sticks. However the package of 4 sticks weighs half a kilo instead of a pound.

The increase in processing speed of crafting this go around was greatly appreciated. In that vein please speed up the crafting of WVW siege in the Guild Assembler. 30 seconds per item is absolutely punishing. To make a stack of Flame Rams takes over 2 hours!.

Never mind. Found the problem. The data file was locked by a backup process. Doh!

Help please. Logged in today and got message "updating...." A couple of seconds later "download failed please check your internet connection and try again (5)". As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. If there was I could not be posting this message. I can stream videos etc just fine. I've tried again multiple times. Rebooted etc. Any ideas????

I have had bad lag just loading a mount, esp in Thunderhead Peaks on a nearly empty map, and loading maps has definitely taken a hit since early January.

Yes, it does seem to me like load times have decreased.

Just went through the frustration of roaming Bjora for two hours waiting for this to spawn and not getting credit because there were not enough Svanir in the patrol to get to in time to fulfill the stomping requirement. Agreed this is an very un-fun event.

So I'm running around in Bjora with a celebration booster, food, etc on to try to speed up the process of getting my masteries leveled. But when I kill something the numbers come up something like 1303 / 301 exp. Is the first number the amount awarded for the kill and the second the bonus? If so that doesn't seem right given my boost total is well over 100%

On opening the latest BLC offerings I got multiple account bound Griffon skins. I can't do anything with more than one as they are account wide unlocks and are account bound.
