Does Standard Collection actually include all content?

Okay, well I guess it does include them since you can grind out gold for gems and get them that way. Thanks for the help all. -
On the page at https://buy.guildwars2.com/en-us/collection?tab=0 it says it includes "ALL CONTENT IN ONE COLLECTION" What I'm seeing is that I will have to purchase any living world seasons that I was not online for. Which is it?
