After being killed, one has to wait 24 hours for resurrection with extra-Punishment of a tenth worth of his account. Does that sound still that much attractive?

I'll give horses the same treatment than other mounts : Ignore them Tyria is still intended for gameplay without mounts, no matter what the new dev-army says. And if they invent horses, they should give them wings and make them jet-powered, just for fun and competition.

Core players will lose, either way. If they're newbies and get mounts, they will lose the beautiful experience we oldies all had playing the game as it was intended. If not, they lose fun, 'cause mounts and mounties makes them a hard time, day for day.

There's no need to give core-players some whatever - mount. There's really no need for everybody to run around in "God-Mode" God-mode is boring, you'll learn soon enough.
