  1. I got over 30 toons, am running in windowed mode and I have disabled the dx11 mode. My game just goes poof. No error message, or crash message. The games just closes instantly like it was never even open.
  2. I am in full agreement with all the above. This has got to be the worst birthday. And making the dye just one for the account and not per character means that it's going to take us another 6 years before we can get the whole set. So choose your dye wisely.
  3. As someone who frequently sends mails in game to others I have to question why we get this popup after sending a mail. Mail sent successfully ACCEPT Why is it necessary to tell us the mail was sent successfully? It would be more helpful if it would at least tell us who we just sent the mail to, so we could confirm that it was sent to our intended recipient. It should at least say "Mail sent successfully to player.xxxx" And then why an accept button? What if we don't accept? There is no way to recall the mail if it was an accident. Just make the popup able to go away by hitting the escape button as is standard for most windows we open in the game. But having to move the mouse over to the button is just another general extra click time gate annoyance. First world problems, I know... but am I the only one who finds this is annoying?
  4. I can't understand why they would transform the lovely old Lions Arch into this new Disneyland/Waterworld theme park. It's totally nothing like the game should be.
  5. Yep worked now for me too. I have received all the in game items, now just to wait the 72 hours for the gems. I also received a reply from support saying to try entering the code again. Finally... Hurrah!
  6. I bought 2 expansions.. one for my main account via the web page, everything went fine, I applied the code on the web page and received my items. A day later I purchased it for my alt account and got the error with the code (and before you ask, no I was not trying to apply the code to my main account). So it's definitely something strange going on, that it should work fine for one account, but not on another. I hope the fix comes through soon.
  7. Thanks for that update @dumb.3657 .... it was getting a bit tiresome waiting with no update. It's been nearly a week now.
  8. Please explain how someone reporting that there is a problem after purchase makes them "self entitled" and "self righteous". Go on... we're waiting.
  9. Well I finally received a response from support about my serial code already being applied... and this is what they said. "Hello, Thank you for contacting us. We just wanted to let you know that we are working on your ticket. We are trying to find a solution for you and will let you know as soon as we have new information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards"
  10. I have the same issue too. I bought the pre-purchase via the website, but when i went to the page to redeem the code it says it was already applied to my account. I have not received any of the in game items (raptor skin/cape etc). Support ticket was sent in yesterday but still no answer from support yet.
  11. What about our equipment and build templates, will this mean we will have to buy enough for each character that we have?
