Please let us preview dyes on mounts in mount preview.

I am having this issue as well. Like OP, I don't use any 3rd party programs. I am also noticing some oddities with the preview pane as well. Colors seem.....off.

I took the survey and saw nothing that suggested the "beginnings of a third game" or that suggested they will or won't make an expansion. I am afraid you've fallen victim to confirmation bias, my friend.

I would love to see the blue part be able to be dyed. Also, a version of the armor where the blue part is just transparent would be amazing. There was a post on reddit where someone edited the armor to where it didn't have the blue skin. It looked pretty awesome in my opinion. Would be an instant purchase for me.

Clipping with armor weight mixing isn't like the clipping you are used to. Because the game engine tries to condense the different weight's anchor points together in a way they were not designed to fit, it can result in "clipping" that turns your character's torso inside out. Now that is something I would pay to see!

I am indifferent towards SAB. I know a lot of players like it though so I do hope it keeps coming out so they can enjoy it .

I actually didn't notice the unique helmet skin until now. I like it. Hopefully we'll be given a method to unlock it, assuming one doesn't already exist.

Infinite Transmutation Charge. I would pay good money for that.

Unfortunately, what you did is exactly what Anet is going for: first you spend the amount of money you actually want to spend. Then when you don't get what you want, you spend a little more. The fact that the 3rd try was gold to gems doesn't actually matter since someone bought those gems and gold to gems encourages more people to buy gems and convert them to gold. Either way Anet made more money than you were originally going to spend. False. If I could pick the skins I want, I would spend double or more what I've already spent. Before these skins were introduced I planned on spending more (just on mount skins) than I have so far. The method of implementation forced a self-imposed hard stop at three. Not to say I won't buy or spend more gems. I certainly will. Just not on rng skins.

It seems most of the counterarguments are that mixing different skins from different weight classes will cause hella clipping. What about allowing us to use any skins as long as it is in the same weight? I have never found medium armor that I care for so being able to use all heavy skins or all light skins would help. For example, allow Rangers to wear heavy skins, allow Guardians to wear light skins, etc. Just a thought.

Guess I'll add my thoughts here. I rolled the dice three times (twice via purchased gems, once via gold to gems) in an attempt to get one of the skins I liked. No luck for me. While I certainly would prefer to just choose the skins I like, I can't complain too much since I willfully took part in the rng. I spent irl money to get two random skins (knowing they were random), I will not be spending any more money on this. If I were able to choose the skins I want, I would gladly purchase gems for at least 4-5 of the skins. I can't speak for anyone other than myself, but if Anet will let us pick what we want, they will absolutely get more money out of me.

I've always wanted to see playable Tengu in GW2, or any new playable race for that matter. But after two expansions and no indication of that ever happening my doubts are growing.
