  1. I did the precursor collection for The Hunter because the skin of one of the intermediate forms (Perfected Rifle, which also looks like Tybalt's rifle) can only be acquired in this way. Simply buying the precursor wouldn't work because their skins got changed and updated. It being more expensive than simply buying the precursor brooks no argument. The collections themselves vary depending on the weapon. For The Hunter it sends you all over Tyria "assassinating" various event champions and world bosses, and then a job requiring a surprising amount of mithril. I keep hearing good things about the Chuka and Champawat collection so some precursor collections might be more interesting to do than others.

I would like the Vindicator dodge to have the Invulnerable effect (like guardian's Renewed Focus skill) and possibly ignore cripple/frozen/immobilize because all kinds of things that have an Un-evadable property now and still just hits us mid-dodge and making it behave unexpectedly. I've been knocked back, crippled, or immobiliized mid-evade. In its current state, it just doesn't feel right that such attacks can still affect us when we're up in the sky or phased out of time and space. If the dodge is going to cost our entire 100 endurance it'd be nice for it to at least be reliably effective. Its especially buggy when playing with lag because then it both activates and I'm popped back onto earth again simultaneously somehow. Also, using yellow for the landing area marker is quite confusing amid the mass of enemy AoE attacking red and yellow circles. I also wish there's a way for the game to at least remember the one it was last on. (EDIT: As of current build March 15 it seems to remember who it was last on, so thank you 😄) This is an issue affecting whomever is the third legend (ventari/jalis/shiro/mallyx) and not just any kind of dismount/transform. I can't switch from Archemorus to Jalis to put down a Stability road and then switch back to Archemorus because it just drops me onto St Viktor so I have to switch to Archemorus and trigger the cooldown. This doesn't feel like gameplay design it feels like I'm fighting the user interface. While I'm making wishes, I'd also want Energy Meld to be a toggle that continuously converts energy into endurance instead of what it is right now. As it is, either I spam it all the time right after every dodge (which means no decision-making) or I wait for the specific situation where I am 50 or less endurance away from a dodge I need right now, and need to do two button presses instead of one to do a very urgent action on my already-delayed 300 ping latency. Overall, it feels a little clunky and stiff. Abilities are difficult to flow from one to another because of the tactics swap cooldown. And then the third legend also has a cooldown to consider. It just feels like three different legends in total rather than two where one of them is two people fighting as one.

  4. Just here giving general information. I've noticed multiple threads of people in multiple professions. Catalysts asked to kill "Aetherblade Strikers" in Echovald? Untamed asked to kill "Naga ravagers" in Seitung? Neither of these exist in those maps. If you encounter this issue, try and just kill any member of the same faction in the specified maps until it drops. Might take an hour.
  5. This seems to be the same problem with every specialization collection. If you check the other threads asking similarly because of the misleading hint. Maybe it is the same issue as in the Gravity ("Kill Aetherblade Strikers in Echovald" but they don't exist and players have gotten the trinket after an hour of killing Aetherblade) and Crushing Weight ("Kill Naga ravagers" which also do not exist, but apparently the trinket can drop from any Naga in that map) collections. If so, then I am guessing you just need to kill Purists in the correct map until it drops.
  6. Thought it was just me. The lag started last month and the game basically became unplayable with the ping spiking to 3000. I couldn't complete the last story instance without having a friend carry me through it. I started a ticket and support made me jump through the usual hoops (the checklist) for 2 weeks and found nothing wrong on my end. Ultimately, they suggested I change servers but a) I like my current server and b) What if that doesn't fix it? I refused the offer and they just closed my ticket without further response or action. Now I can barely even log in. Don't expect tickets to help. They can't do anything for this.
  7. Hello! I'm not upset by the addition to the gem store of this item. No duplicates and they look great, well done. I cannot afford to gamble, though. The price is kinda high and I've always had terribly bad luck in these kinds of random-chance items. Always end up feeling like I wasted my money.
  8. -I enjoyed the story a great deal. Was immersive.-Mounts were more fun than expected. Control well and feel natural.-Hidden Mount quest is great.-Map design is much better than HoT. Masteries no longer locked behind Adventures. Experience in PoF is like core GW2 and good for wandering, exploring all the little details. Visual and gameplay design of new enemies good but bounty targets need clearer tells/warnings for their attacks). Distribution/Density of enemies is also good-I like the new Unidentified Items drops.Consume All options.-Smooth framerate.Please keep doing what you do.
