Hi all!I pre-purchased GW2 back in 2012 - even played the 3 days early! It fell to the wayside a bit but i've now got back into it and bought the latest 2 expansions. My wife has decided to start playing too, but the server i'm on is full. The game is asking me to pay 500 gems to transfer to a lower-population server (so we can play together) but I thought there was 1 free server transfer per account? I've always been on Desolation, and never changed.
