Congratz!

I love this game and I believe that the value for money is one of the best. You really get a ton of gameplay for what you paid for. Been playing since headstart and I am very satisfied. But I am not gonna lie, this issue is one of the few things (lootboxes, infinite gathering tools [before they became acount bound] and most recent build templates being the other ones) that rubbed me the wrong way even way back then when I purchased my first (and after realising that it was character bound, my only) bag slot. I am the type of person that likes to steadily upgrade their account so I choose to buy that kind of staff. Bank tabs, storage expansions, home nodes etc. But I will never be able to justify character specific unlocks for gems. It comes across as greedy and agressive. I know that the goal of any company is to make money but there are many ways to go about doing that, some more customer friendly than others.

In case I came across as hostile I will apologise. it was not my intention. I only wanted to point out that the statment that this plan will not cause inflation was, at least for me, false. Changing the reward stracture for these events is unlikely to happen due to their nature (open wolrd, low effort). I only do my dailies, Teq and Dragonstorm for some quick gold. After that I just go do the content I enjoy and over time the gold will come. Since you said you are not lazy, I suggest you do something similar because there is no real reason to rush. This game is amazing and offers a lot of contet for anyone to do. There is no sub fee so you can do whatever you want at your own time.

As far as I am aware, currently the average farming for gold is 15g -25g per hour. So yeah getting almost half of that (10g) in five minutes is indeed huge. Maybe the first day or two you will be happy because you might be able to get afew of the things you want. But after that the prises will inflate and you will end up in the same spot.

Let me get this straight. You honestly think that giving people 10 gold, for at most five minutes of work, will not cause inflation ? I am not event going to comment on the extra gold you want to get on top of that.

It would be nice to see some new OW content. That being said I believe that events that require even a small semblance of coordination, Dragonstorm & Marionete, should stay as instanced content. You only have to look at Triple Trouble to see why this is the case. That event requires a large amount of players to participate and also coordinate with each another. This leads to a conflicting mentality between the people who want to do the event and the people who are doing their own thing in the map. And something like this can often lead to toxic behavior by harrassing other players to leave the map to open new slots.

Because those filters are arbitrary. Arena has given you all the tools you need: The ability to create your own squad and to invite or kick anyone you want. So now it is up to you to create a squad with any requirements you want. And you can go as crasy as you want. For example: 500 li 10k fractal Blue Sylvary only First name starts with the letter M Ranger only After that it is up to the other plaeyr to decide if they want to join your squad or create their own with other parameters. As a sidenote I do believe that the LFG system could be more refined though.

I fail to see the problem. If most people choose the easier mode let them do it, if people want to challenge themselves let them do private. Yes, the number that will do it through private will be lower but, once again, there is nothing wrong with that.

I also agree that the public version should stay. The incentive for the private squad is already there and that is the fact that you can start it any time you want. It doesn't need anything extra.

Not to mention that they posted about better communication three days ago. It is fairly safe to assume that, like with every other feature release, there will be a post about it in a day or two. Anyone asking them to post something three days earlier "Because you said better communication" comes across as childish.
