  1. I think the biggest pain point is that its expensive and also gated. People are gonna do Rift hunts because they are new content, they dont want to spend a week logging in only to fast travel to several different provisioners to turn around and buy mats of the TP then travel back to the Provisioner for a stupid account-bound token they decided to obfuscate and gate the collection. Considering the Return to Living World achievements, this "Streamlined" path is actually less fun and engaging. If it was just Gated, sure, boring but doable. If it was just Expensive, fine its a gold sink, but its because it is both and it was both the first time many of us did it that people are frustrated.

I can't get over "We're Introducing a Streamlined way to acquire the Skyscale" meanwhile its actually worse than doing it the old way now that the "Return to Living World" achievements made it much easier. Also, 29 freaking Prov tokens? I forgot these were even in the *game*. Streamlined for who? Challenge raiders? I don't know anyone who was just sitting on these that wasn't already well past needing them. Just a massive gold sink cause new map exchanges all take stacks of mats or rare mats 2+ g each token make me waste like 60g and a week of logging in and hitting all the provisioners in the new maps and grind a hundred rifts. Genuinely, don't do the new one just for the Skyscale or even the 300 Vault points. F this collection. F making me do it twice, and now that people have already wasted gold and mats they will never backtrack it.
  3. It doesn't take a genius to see how more buffs to already overpowered classes that the balance team lead themselves said they favor, as well as nerfs to already underpowered classes, is just sad and will make the game less fun to play unless you are a Firebrand or Mechanist player.
  4. It's absolutely galling to me that after the almost universally negative feedback, and clearly incredibly biased balance devs, that you don't even acknowledge the obvious issues or cancel the balance patch. This half-kittened apology is just sad, and the balance team members need review.
  5. Title. The Oil Floes meta is currently incompletable due to it always being upscaled. We had only 5 players in the meta event yet it spawned Champion Hydras at each Drill (There literally were 0 players at the Southwest Drill, and it also got a Champion Hydra) Due to the significantly reduced population, this has made this scaling bug more noticeable, and as such, the event is current incompletable, blocking progression on the "Return to Thunderhead Peaks" Achievement.
  6. I think they just need to nerf his CC bar, in a 10-man public group its impossible to break even with 8 beams. We were doing an approach where 1 ranged dps runs torches and the others pile on boss and it worked until the CC phase for spawning wisps, even splitting the boss zerg we wiped at 50% because we just couln't keep up with the wisps. Lower CC bar, Fewer Wisps (Maybe 1 wisp per 2 group members?) then its perfect.

It would cost nearly 3000 gold to unlock all the skins (aka making sure you get the one you want) and the fact people with no desire/ability to complete the huge griffon collection can still get the 6 Griffon skins. I personally love the Griffon but I never bothered to get the jackal until it was the last thing left to do but I could still have gotten a Jackal skin. I am appalled at ANET for going from direct-sale into loot box. WORST OF ALL the mount skins are NOT TRADEABLE. At least most of the exclusive Black Lion Chest items aren't Account Bound. If they at least made the Mount skins able to be put on the auction house it wouldn't be quite so igregious because then we could atleast focus our efforts towards the specific skin we want.
