Okay, I'm close to quitting this game. The only safe way to play PoF is in instances.... all the open world PoF maps unplayable. Fix your AWS infrastructure PoF shard bottleneck.

Same here, all PoF Maps are suffering from 5sec delay in fights and even in inventory. I'm gonna quit this, if this doesn't get solved. I'm dying on the map of this. Input is not getting lost but massively delayed. From an IT perspective you have a shard AWS infrastructure bottleneck for the EU PoF Maps. Looks like IOPS/CPU issue to me

Quoting that. I am a systems administrator. Depending on the database they are running, incremental intervals and personnel availability, restoring backups take time (since this is a manual task). It shouldn't take longer than 2 to 3 hours, depending on timezone and when they get up. Systems administration tasks are not affected by Covid-19 mostly, because everything can be done remotely. Right now - it's just waiting for the admins to wake up and getting the right people into conferencing calls.
