I have done CM nearly 150 times and no unlock for me... I lost all hope, there's more chance to get the random loot than getting a fix.

They can't even fix the daily achievements panel. I log in, it's visible, get the "Log in" reward, it disappears. I go to fractals, I see the fractals daily, but if I do all four daily wizard's vault achievement I see the fifth one IN FRACTALS where you should see the fractals daily. I click on the eye icon to "track it", then click again and I can see the daily fractals until I change instance.

Another urgent bug fix, but this is bugged for half a year now?

Come here to say the same. Just checked the merchant and still cannot buy it. Checked the update notes, no fix.

I opened two tickets about this and they replied that they are aware. And also sent several in game bug reports.

Since I'm tracing my kills on Silent Surf fractal challenge mode with ArcDPS logs - and in the case of updates, without logs - today I am at 100 CM kills (on different days) and no unlock options for the Last Words axe. It's more than 3 months now since they "fixed" the amount of needed kills from 30 to 25. There are a lot of bug fixes every now and then but not this one.

As Poki said, trust us! I only did the normal for a few times to get the achievements and unlock the challenge mode. Also, I just checked and I mentioned CM a couple of times here (I can even send you ~90 CM logs of different daily kills).

2 weeks is only 14 days so back then it wasn't a "daily kill"? Means you could get it even in one day...if I remember correctly some people were testing it out and wasn't working with multiple kills in same day.

Well, I opened a ticket about it, where they sad they are aware of the issue and working on it (and also sent a couple of in-game bug reports just in case).

I just checked again and now it's 104 😮 How did it go down by one? Someone deleted their account maybe?

How can you check these kind of things? I barely use that website so don't know where and how can someone check it.

At this point ANet could just revert back the changes and make it 30 kills again. Most of the people who care about the content already passed that number (even double that). Also I don't understand what is so hard to fix on this issue. Doesn't it just have a counter on kills/day (which definitely worked - before patch - as some people are able to buy it after 30 kills) and they just have to set it from 30 to 25? How can you mess up something like this? The 66% tether bug that wiped the party seems like a bigger programming issue and they fixed that already.

At least 75 daily kills and still cannot buy it. Festival came out, they made one of the bags "unbuyable" as it required a material that doesn't even exist in the game, and they fixed it the other day...so why is the axe take so long to fix?

Hmm, then no idea...and seems the devs also have no idea, or just too busy checking it. I'm at least 66 daily kills now and still cannot buy it, just for the heads up if any ANet member checks this thread.

I suspect that you need 25 clean kills where nobody dies, and/or even all party members have to be there from the beginning (no "pre-clear" while waiting others to join your lfg).

Is there anyone who could unlock the skin after the patch? I'm only at 41 kills since Aug 22 patch and ~60 in total, but nothing. The only useful answer to my ticket is that they know about this issue. "There is a known bug for the Last Words wherein some players may not be able to unlock the buy option. In this case, we can only suggest that you keep an eye on the forum for future updates regarding this issue. Again, issues like this one are complex to resolve, and the time it takes to fix them can vary widely based on the severity and complexity of each issue. Because of this, we are unable to provide a timeframe in which the issue might be resolved."

I also sent a bug report, then opened a ticket as they are more responsive to that... yeah, they wrote back that I can send an in-game bug report (also how to do it), and I can report bugs in the forum as well with pictures. It is so obvious that they didn't even read my ticket or just don't know anything about the game, otherwise they could have replied back that they know about this issue, or they will investigate it...but no, just like an automatic reply. I cannot do anything else just to submit a bug report every day after I completed the CM. Currently at 52 kills at least (had some kills without arcDPS working, but I can prove 52 kills with logs) and counting.

I don't see why. Even before the latest fix, it was just get wipe at 66% then kill it. Now it doesn't even feel like a challenge, and it's basically just one boss while Nightmare and Shattered Observatory is a whole instance with multiple bosses (it feels more in time than 100 CM even if it's not).

I don't know...before 22.08 patch I only did it around 20 times (counted 19 logs, but there might be some kills without arc), and after it I've done 30 times by today...and still cannot buy the skin. Also about the "small % of players", I do CMs almost every day including 100, and even tho there are usually just a few party in LFG searching for 100 CM as well, I barely meet anyone from before. That's still just a couple of hundred people maybe, but should be enough for ANet to be aware of the situation.

Might be this... probably. Didn't pay attention for the timer. Luckily I got it after I switched characters, did something else, went back and Livia was there fighting the boss.

I've done the platform event with Livia a couple of times but nothing happened after. No boss and even Livia disappeared.

It could be spreading conditions but only in a pulsing aoe range like some kind of well. It will transfer the same amount of condis from the boss to 10 enemies in 600 range.
