I had crashes right before the game starts after recent update. Uninstalled d912pxy and the game starts now.

Eventually I gave up and the problem fixed itself. Now I'm playing for an hour and everything is fine. So I do not think it's related to hardware or software rather than connection. I'm dealing with millions of polygons and render a lot daily. No issue with those heavy tasks. Also sometimes guild wars 2 stays open during those processes with no issue for hours.

I was having black screeens one month ago then it stopped. They were random. Yesterday it started again. Now it's worse. Every 10 minutes after login game goes to black screen. I have to press ALT + F4 to close the game. After that game won't let me play. Pressing play button does nothing. Might be connection issues. Whether if it's on my end or it's a problem with Anet only god knows. It's frustrating.

After six days they removed SMS authentication today. I had to submit second ticket with my account. I thought it may be faster to get a reply. First ticket was anonymous submitted on Sunday 31st. I replied I no longer need help to anonymous ticket after six days because I had access to website thanks to VPN extension on browser. I don't know what happened to anonymous ticket. Overall it costed me 12 days.

At this point I prefer getting some assistance rather than a free content. Can't even login to the game. What's the point. Maybe I could spend some more money in the future but with what's going on right now I even regret spending money in the past.

It's also their responsibility to make sure everything is working if you are working with third party. So ArenaNet can do something about it.

I have SMS codes from Tinder also with this number before (0850 551 69 44) which ArenaNet use. Well recently I tried Tinder to see which number it use and the message came from PINSMS. I read somewhere at some point Google also used this number for verification. I don't know why companies change phone numbers they are using to send SMS codes. And sure phone number could be blocked but ArenaNet should at least make an announcement about it like "We are aware of the situation" "We will look into it" etc.

And someone is writing contact support and good luck getting an answer in the near future. This is ridiculous. Best customer support experience so far.

Some players and I can't even play the game right now due to SMS codes not being sent. Submitted a ticket on Sunday about this. Some players even submitted before that. Still no announcement about it. Don't know when they will resolve this. At least an explanation would be nice. You are right about being kept in dark.

This is unacceptable. A lot of people are affected by this. I bought the core game 7 years ago. Bought the DLC's recently. This is how they repay? Do they even aware of the situation?

Turkish players have problems with the SMS authentication. We are not receiving codes to login. Opened a ticket 3 days ago. Reading the response times made me a bit worried. I hope they can notice and do something about it.

Shame I was really enjoying the game. I even bought the DLC's. Let's see when they will notice and resolve this issue.

Have the same problem since yesterday. I'm from Turkey, too. Enabled authentication week ago. All of a sudden it asked SMS code yesterday to login to game and the website. I can access to the website now but still not the game. Sent ticket no answer yet. Ticket: 7771653
