What's with the ping spike all of a sudden, just finished fractals t4s and started to lag like crazy, now i'm stuck at loading screen.

I know EoD has just been released but i hope CS can get back to us as soon as possible and March Sales has just started as well. Hope i don't miss anything i want from sales until CS can rectify my problem. Can't believe spending money is a problem too 😂 -
Just recently came back from a break and since March Sales has started, i would like to stock up some gems but i get Error 80808 at the end of the purchase, i had no problem purchasing gems for the past 10 years in GW2. I checked GW2 Support site and was told to submit a ticket, which i did so i hope they can help me to sort it out.

Same here, 280 ping is the stable/best ping i can get. Gw2 is the only NA game that i play with 280 ping while other NA games, they are less than 100 ping.

For me, most likely it is server side. I mean i play other NA based server games with less than 100 ping but in gw2, stable/good ping is 280 for me. I do think the game's performance is decreasing over the years cause for the first few years, gw2 was so stable and smooth for me.

I have been experiencing ping spikes since 17th update last month, which is during the elite spec beta. It was totally unplayable for like 5 days or so, then it became stable again. But its been an on and off thing ever since that update, before that it was smooth and stable. Ever since i came back around last year May, this is the only update that has been causing crazy ping spikes and disconnections for me.

I've been having massive lag on and off ever since the first beta for the new elite spec, before that it was smooth and stable. Getting real annoying.

Ever since the update last Tuesday, my game has been lagging and crashing.. It's almost a week now, when will it be playable again..

Yup, pretty sad actually.. The game was still fine before the update, but after the update, i couldn't play with all the ping spikes and crashes.. It's been 3 days, kinda bumped about it and not to mention that Festival of The Four Winds is coming soon..

I'm on NA and its pretty bad these days.. Took a small break right before the final chapter of icebrood saga and came back after a week, all i'm getting is random ping spikes and constant crashing.. It was no problem before.. Anet should really upgrade their servers or something.. -

Error message kept popping up in game and the ping is really high.. Totally unplayable.. GW2 server is pretty bad.. -
GW2 server is so unstable, it was still good 12 hours but now, the ping is super high.. Totally unplayable..

NA server ain't any better either.. Massive lag spikes, DCs etc, u name it..

I'm experience lag every time there's a big update and balancing, usually it lasts for 2-3 days but this time, it is already the 4th day and it is unplayable for me.. Other games, i have stable ping but in GW2, it is over 1k..

Exactly.. Everything was alright before i went to bed but this morning, everything went nuts.. Totally unplayable..

I am having Error 42 as well and it is making the game unplayable.. Tried all the troubleshooting but nothing works..Last night was still alright before i logged off, and that was only 15 hours ago..
