  1. Yesterday we killed the Shaman with about 5 ppl, amongst these at least 2 ~L24. Was an epic battle & took quite some time, but was doable (& lots of fun!). These bosses seem to scale quite well. Have fun!
  2. Hi, it looks like the RNG choosing the daily/ weekly goals doesn't work as planned. Either it's simply broken (doesn't randomize enough), or it works with too narrow a preselection (not enough options to choose from), or it's just a captured Skritt, tasked with selecting the goals. But since the poor lad is imprisoned all alone, lacking the IQ boost of its companions, it delivers poor results. In any way this is not good. More varying tasks would be welcome - it isn't that there'd not be tons of 'em to choose from! Have fun!
  3. So if I already have the fully mastered "old" skyscale the whole "A new friend" collection only gives me the kryptic skin, right? (Assuming I will complete the new mastery anyways)
  4. Hi, This. Mobs usually quickly "reset" (and fully heal!) as soon as you disengage. You'd have a very narrow window of opportunity to - actually, your idea might very well not work at all. And even if, this should be fixable quite easily. On the other hand, this looks like a big QoL feature for a lot of ppl. Especially for minion necros with "death nova", whose funny little "ragged horrors" keep exploding all over the place & aggroing everything in a wide area ... Judging by the existing cooldowns of the other skyscale utilities it will have a quite long cooldown, and the scenario described may very well be impossible. Have fun!
  5. Hi, can confirm this. Closing the launcher & restarting it solves the problem, too. Seems to happen only when I open launcher & browser simultaneously - so either too much CPU stress or too narrow bandwidth available. Have fun!
  6. Well, for me the idea of those races is "competitive gameplay" and such is only possible (as far as I understand it) as long as it's "competition among equals ". Would it be fun to beat some poor soul in a road race where I'd have my choice among fine racing cars & my "competitor" would be punished with only one choice: an old Beetle? Well. So better give both of us old Beetles! Each race should have 1, max. 2 "allowed mounts". And, for the race, all related masteries should be either auto-granted, or auto-disabled. Else the whole race doesn't make any sense, is no fun for anybody (but some challenged ones that only want the victory, at all costs) & should be deleted. IMHO. Have fun!
  7. Hi, I'm a casual player, a very casual player. I don't do instanced group content whenever I can avoid it. No fractals, strikes, whatever. I don't see any fun in learning/ training scripted boss encounters, nor do I desire to be part of a guild/ group/ etc. I did some WvW to get my warclaw, but didn't have much fun in it. You'd not want me on your side there, I guess :) I enjoy roaming the open world as an individual, to help on map events or to support other players, but rarely even join a group. My fun is competing with the game, not with other players. But I support the OP with asking for an option to measure ones DPS. Having learned about the existence of the DPS golem in aerodrome/special forces area I went there & tried some of my chars. Very educational, IMHO! I see me visiting there more often, it gives quite some help how some specs actually perform, and where there some adjusting might be needed! (fun fact: most of my chars do ~ 3K unbuffed at most, so even the weakest golem is quite oversized ...) I'd love to have such one in my home instance! With an option to plot a diagram so I can watch burst as well as sustained damage. Maybe even with an option to retaliate with adjustable damage so I can check my healing. Or even 3 tiny golems that respawn on 'death'? This could be a lot of fun, and might help some ppl to 'git gooder'! I understand those that oppose DPS meters. There's valid reasons! But I think, assuming some creativity, there could be a way to reap the benefits w/o suffering the drawbacks, don't you think? Have fun!
