Hi! Im a new player and currently looking for my class. For the first time i will exclusivley play one class. i have ruled out all classes except ranger and guardian for myself. I am looking for an allroundclass, with that i can do all kinds of content - and could be a support or a DD. Is the Ranger viable in all kinds of content? Does the class is oversimple? Id like to have something i can practise. What do you guys think about Ranger vs Guardian? Thanks in advance for helping 🙂

Hi! I recently came back to guild wars 2. I have experience in various MMOs. I am very unsure about my class choice. I don't like to play multiple classes, so I'm looking for an "allrounder". That means a class that is relevant for any type of content . I would like to be able to play either DD or support. That narrows down my choice to Revenant, Ele and Guardian. The aesthetics of the Revenant don't appeal to me at all, so I'm currently trying to decide between the Ele and the Guardian. I know the Guardian has been around for a long time in every meta, but I'm worried it might be too dull, so it gets boring quickly. I would really appreciate some thoughts on the topic!

When I read that a Cantha addon is confirmed, I immediately downloaded Guild Wars again :) I played the last time when tgw released, and haven't played any addon yet. I'm looking for a class that allows me to play into any content without being useless/unwanted (PvP, WvW, PvE). The class should not be too dumbed down. I already have MMO experience and I need a challenge - but I'm not the best player. Something that can Support and DD would be awesome! Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
