Someone not familiar with the class shouldn't be assigned to apply balance patches to it as well. Having a dev go to the wiki to be familiar with a class isn't a great start. just because you know how something works doesn't mean you know how to use it.

The leaks are important because of that. only through leaks can we really see how "honest" the devs are and how dedicated are they to the game.

you should include what timezone you're active in. Since all servers have different active timezones. So in your case in SoR it might just be that it's the servers dead time hence why you don't always get the good bunch with you. And you can always join an active WvW guild since that will make playing WvW a better experience.

It can be a grind especially when you're starting fresh and you're alone. So what i would suggest for you to do is find a guild to join. preferably a casual wvw guild not those hard core fight guilds unless that's your thing. that way you'll at least enjoy playing the game and you'll have guildies that will help you get the hang of it and by then it won't be much of a grind. regarding the skirmish chests don't push it too hard. only aim at what you think you can play enough with. getting to diamond chests takes a LOT of hours and that needs dedication so if you can't play WvW for long hours everyday then i would suggest just aim for Gold chest since that will give you 2 MC. For rewards select the reward track that you think is best for you but since you're new i would suggest the triumphant reward track as that will get you started with the journey for the legendary armor. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Triumphant_Armor_Reward_Track Also, each server has their own down time. i.e no one is online, so if you end up playing on that time you will be overwhelmed because A. nothing much is happening or B. you're being ganked on both sides and outnumbered everywhere which is a terrible experience especially if you're new.

That feature actually makes it easier to report bots, hackers, etc. And if your problem is just hate chats then just block them and move on.

it's really not that hard to get them. you just need to be active in wvw. it's tickets that are hard to get.

Every time we clash with a zerg both team crashes. We've had this happening all day.

it appeared for me and i was able to select my guild. but after playing around with graphics settings and my game crashed. when i relog it disappeared. it was check boxes for your current guilds

You do realize that not all pets can CC you right? and even if they do there's a CD for that as well. Also, when rangers decide to have their pets use their CC skill that also cancels their healing skill so you can still continually attack a ranger in their downstate mode and kill them. and Yes i've used this in PVP and WvW but doesn't mean no one can kill me. Stealth nullify it, stability nullify it, hitting me only without doing finisher will nullify it. So just because you found it hard to deal with one ranger doesn't mean everyone does. Just do better next time.
