  1. I think the pistols would feel more comfy to play if the skills were moved around a bit in this way: Move the pistol 3 skill, [Symbol of Ignition], into the 2nd slot. Move the pistol 4 skill, [Hail of Justice], into the 3rd slot. Move the pistol 2 skill, [Peacekeeper], into the 4th slot. As it stands, it feels a little bit awkward if you want to play an alternative offhand or main hand because with a different offhand, you can no longer proc the [Symbol of Ignition] unless you're just autoattacking, which has less value because the autoattack is slow compared to the duration of the symbol. If you want to play with an alternative mainhand, then your [Hail of Justice] can no longer benefit from the [Symbol of Ignition]'s burning bonus and it is not a projectile finisher so it can't interact with any fire fields. The current order the skills are in sort of feels like it's anti-buildcraft if someone wanted to run a sword/pistol build or pistol/torch build for example. An unrelated change I would maybe want to see is that a fully charged [Jurisdiction] should be an arcing shot like the trajectory of a mortar instead of skating along the floor like it currently does. Or even just a straight line shot that goes through the air instead of skating along the ground.
  2. Is anyone else experiencing this? If I'm looking at water in Inner Nayos and I rotate my camera at all, the texture of the water starts flickering.
  3. It seems that if you did the Burden of Choice Shadowstone achievement questline from Season 3, it is impossible to complete the Knowledge of the Elders achievement. The NPC you need to speak to, Historian Tranton in the Durmand Priory, will only give you dialogue about the Shadowstone and will not progress the Knowledge achievement, as the dialogue for that will not appear.
  4. So I'm on the step Greater Understanding that is telling me to take the Seer Artifact to Someone Knowledgeable About Seers. I have tried talking to the NPC in Arah, Isgarren himself, and Historian Tranton in the Durmand Priory library to no avail. I also don't seem to have the artifact in my inventory. Either I need to have the item in my inventory for the dialogue to work with these NPCs, the achievements are bugged, or there is another NPC somewhere that knows about Seers that I haven't found yet. Has anyone progressed further than me on this achievement, or perhaps has any idea of what other NPCs might know about the Seers?
  5. I can't seem to be able to locate where Mabon's Study is. It doesn't seem to be the same place as his Quarters in the tower.
  6. I think that the skill icons for the unleashed and not-unleashed mode for hammer should be switched around personally, the green keeps making me think I'm not in unleashed mode
  7. Using Rampage while equipped with the Gunsaber 'weaponset' will not give you rampage skills, but will give you the rampage damage reduction and HP increase while continuing to let you use gunsaber skills. In many instances, Dragonslash - Force will miss targets that are slightly above you. Sometimes, Dragonslash - Reach will not hit a target despite passing directly through their hurtbox.
  8. Break Step feels a little awkward to use in combat since it propels you past enemies when Gunsaber is mostly a weapon people will use in melee. In PvP, I think that Blooming Fire and Artillery Slash could use slightly more damage. Just a little bit though.
  9. Mesmer's ability to gain distortion and reflect on signet activation. I wouldn't mind if those traits had an ICD, if the distortion one was removed entirely, or if they made it so the reflect buff doesn't apply to every source of distortion and only make it activate on F4 Distortion.
  10. Used a random map completion key and got it
  11. Meta event just means the main event plotline for the map. Has absolutely nothing to do with meta in terms of what is most optimal to play in terminology.
  12. Renegade's shortbow's supposed to be a condi weapon to begin with. If anything power-wise, they should turn hammer into a viable PvP weapon.
  13. I think Renegade's shortbow power numbers are in need of a tuning down in PvP. The damage that the 3 skill does alone in such a short amount of time is crazy. And its autoattack hits really hard too for something that's so fast.
  14. Sure, apparently it was just 5 accounts. The guy who did it is called Tallbarr if I recall correctly. I think it was the season before the last 2v2s, but not 100% sure. Can confirm. I'm currently hovering around top 10 on NA with burn dh.Oh hey, I didn't know you came back to NA.
  15. Does anyone else get super frustrated when fighting these builds? It feels like, no matter what I do, I always get burn on me somehow. If you block, their burns go through aegis because torch 4 is unblockable, if you try to fight them from range, they just port to you or immobilize you with scepter 3 and stack burns with the spirit sword. If you fight them in melee, you just get a million burns on you because of pulsing aoes. What can I honestly do to reliably beat these builds?
  16. If you try to do the course, it will reset the race immediately and delete your dive skill.
  17. I hope you don't PvP in FFXIV because in my experience, PvP in that game is several times worse than PvP in GW2.
  18. What if they made it so charging heal mantra removes stability on the firebrand like headbutt does for berserker
  19. You right. It's not invuln on paper and it allows them to be cc'd but, the tradeoff is that they recover health at 1:1, both heavy classes while the light one with the lowest health was stripped of stability in weaver, and also had its invuln nerfed to irrelevance. Balance is sad af. But at the same time, if you stop attacking them and run away, they get literally no value out of the heal. They're still at low health. Or if they used it offensively at high health, they're still out of a heal skill, and are pretty much forced to be defensive or switch to whatever other Legend they have, which may or may not even be available to swap to at the time.
  20. It actually kind of does need to be unlockable. If it wasn't unlockable nonmemsers could create their own clones by reflecting it back at the mesmer, with no mechanics for what to do with it. It would also be the only mesmer skill where you can straight up prevent the clones which isn't how other mesmer skills operate. Clueless newcomers ¯_(ツ)_/¯. The same goes for thief shadow shot, first part of it is unblockable because otherwise teleport ppl to thief.A-failnut style nerf would be 50% dmg nerf on every gs skill, all shatters have 1s cast time, PU/MoP untouched - chrono treatment ?I'm not a newcomer. I've been playing this game for almost 5 years now and have been pvping ever since HoT.
  21. I just wish mirror blade wasn't unblockable. It doesn't need to be unblockable.
  22. It's basically the cape from GW1. It was short there too.
