  1. So I wanted to submit a ticket because I am one of the many who wound up buying the EoD expedition contract, then got a second one (that couldn't be sold or traded) in the weekly loot drop. But when I went to the support site to submit the ticket, it asked me to sign in. No big deal. Sign in, get re-directed to the account page (which shows all games/purchased expansions). Click support in the top right corner, click submit a ticket... get asked to sign in, again. I tried opening in a new tab, opening in a new window, opening in the same tab, tried re-signing in before hitting submit a ticket, but it's impossible; every time I go to submit a ticket, it says I'm signed out and asks me to sign in, then re-routes me and signs me out of support again. 2. In replaying the seasons of dragons stuff, I've come to realize there are a lot of cool statuses that effect the way the commander moves about through certain playable areas. Namely: "Bound" and "Addled" I would pay money, I would grind achievements, I would do whatever it takes to unlock these as toggleable emotes and/or tonics!
  3. So I'm an avid roleplayer who primarily plays sylvari and one thing Path of Fire expansion added was a massive complication to what death means for sylvari. As long as I've roleplayed in gw2 (almost 5 years now), it's been widely accepted that sylvari go to the dream when they die-- courtiers and dreamers alike, which is how syvlari in their deaths can 'feed nightmare'; they bring their suffering with them to the dream. Now in Path of fire, This complicates the idea that sylvari go to the Dream when they die-- so which is it? Do they go to the Dream? Do they go to the Mists? Is it just their memories, echoes, that go to the Dream and and they are severed from (rather than folded into) the sylvari hivemind? Does anyone have confirmed lore from ANET, any of the gw2 books, or even other theories on the topic?
  4. After all the hard work that went into grinding out the emote, especially before the new, lower requirements, it would be nice if /stretch worked the same way /dance or /cry did-- on a loop!
  5. One of GW2's biggest boons is that it doesn't force players to make microtransactions to succeed in the game. The Gold > Gem/Gem > Gold transfers make it possible even for players who can't foot out money to stay on par with people who can and do invest more money into the game. Great for PvE, PvP, and WvW! As someone who primarily roleplays in the game, I've noticed a bit of a concerning trend: all the new BLC skins seem to be account bound. This is problematic for anyone who cares about aesthetics! Locking a skin behind a gacha with no alternative just sucks. The most recent wings backpiece/glider combo is a great example-- I have a friend who really wants them and has bought/been gifted like 30+ keys and STILL hasn't gotten them (or anything good, actually) out of the chests. I got the wings after a few keys and I don't even want them. There's no feasible reason why I shouldn't be able to give them to my friend. For people who like to use the BLC exclusive skins to make money on the marketplace, this also really sucks! I know several people who invest in the keys to get the exclusive skins and make good gold selling them on the MP. If this trend continues, it is going to negatively impact the gem > gold economy because it will restrict the exchange of gold between players for these skins. I understand account boosts being account bound but come on Anet, PLEASE! Don't limit the FashionWars 2 community. Make all BLC skins tradeable.
