I am amazed how kitten things look now with the smaller centered circles and the nodes thrown in there. In the Alpine Borderlands NC the little well is inside the circle now with the team color overlay shading the well...a lot of effort went into that clearly. Cornerstone indeed. I shudder when contemplating how a fix to exploitable towers would look like.

/tinfoilhaton The guy working on WvW got a memo from the suits to improve revenue earned from WvW players. So he tilts the balance in favor of the bigger team and hopes that more people buy gems to bandwagon to the bigger servers. /tinfoilhatoff

Anet - how about ensuring more balanced matchups - both in absolute numbers and across the day before making those changes to attack/defense balance. Being up against a server currently that paints all maps in their color at night it really takes away the last remaining motivation to try to stall their superior numbers when defending our structures. Fixing small stuff when big stuff is broken sometimes makes things worse. Actually one of the most fun emerging gameplay situations are "heroic" defenses against superior numbers. But you wouldn't know that, would you?

I too wish I had spent 1800 gems in order to stand behind a ballista spawncamping the enemy on EB! Regrets.

I don't really want the plebs entering WvW, only elite players. I have to admit I didn't know about that one. But the more challenging Bosses the better. Make it so that failing mechanics wipes the whole team on all maps.
