I agree. There are often miles away from my shoulder and the armor piece on the shoulder. Also most armor dont look good on charr. And its confusing me that female human are half naked but female charr are not allowed to show their fur.

Hello people of tyria \(^_^)/ Again a suggestion "topic". Sadly i cant find my old topic so heres a new one with new ideas. Please write also your ideas. Im happy to hear many new ideas. Let ur fantasy go wild!! * Treasurehunt Masterie * climbing masterie (like Zelda BotW) - can be slow and limited so that mounts dont get obsolete. * Mentoring - to encourage people to play open world in a very small group. And helping new player:)

As a day 1 player im actually happy about these changes. But dont know yet if they will be good or bad. But im happy they change things. I honestly miss how gw2 felt the first 3-4 years. Its too much meta mehh here and there.

Gw3 means...people gona lose all their things they got through spending thousands of hours and also a lot of money they spent on the gem store. I guess i would just stop playing gw2 after spending 5000 of hours in it and 1000€. And i would only remember how much i wasted and not how much fun i had. My husband dont play gw2 with me, because he keeps whining about his old gw1 acc and how sad he is. Same would happen with gw2 and gw3. I think they can add nice things with expansions. Tho i hope they make smart changes and make old content more and better playable. That there is a permanent reason to go back. Especially also small group or even solo/duo open world content and not another 10000 meta event.

About the gems.....The best is to unlock the old living world with it (and try to be online at least 1 Minute when the new ones in the future will be released, so u get them for free). They contain more than 15 new maps with achievments, legendary items to craft, new mounts, new gameplay, and dungeontype gameplay.. that alone will be a bit more than 4000 gems. The other items that are truly useful is an unlimited salvage kit and the not breaking gathering tools(choose one wisely there r different ones with different looks and different glyphs). Also if u have problem with spacw take an extra bag slot (only for your main character). If u have more than 1 main, then bigger bank is better. Then if u like having many builds and different playstyles on 1 character, the additional equipmentslots and build slots are good. But all of that might cost u another 4000 gems. But that's only needed for real endgame, when u start knowing the game and u run out of options and space. The rest of the Shop is mainly Cosmetics. Ps: u get also some free gems when u do achievments. And u can convert your in-game gold to gems.

I gave these advices because they r not for new raider or someone who wanna do strikes.....but for someone who just wanna get the turtle and done. So 1k dps and beeing able to rezz people is much more worth than someone whos doeing more dmg....Especially if u have have not even 2 experienced player in the group. The best might be to even take 5 healer in the group, just to have a stressfree run. There is no timelimit nor that is a speedrun....so just some casual run...so better stay alive :)

Oh if its celestial and not soilders anymore then thats perfect :) didnt know it changed. About asc armor and weapon yes they r really just a small difference....but in trinkets i noticed the difference is usually higher. Sometimes like 30%-40% more if its the cheapest exotics.

The most important thing is....choose a right profession. You can test each Profession and each elite spec in the pvp area as a lvl 80 character. You have only 1 booster...so choose good :) the boostet also gives u the option to test a profession....but elite specs are so different, and noone really plays the core class anymore. Then maybe choose a cheap and easy starter set for your character, that u dont feel extremly week. if u get some Teleporter to friend, then the best is to ask someone to help u get to HoT starter map (or look for a guild with a guilde hall in that area)....or just simply do the first story mission :) but that takes some time... in HoT u unlock the basic glider. And in PoF u can get a raptor very fast. Within the first 2 story Missions (i think teleport to friend cant help here with the raptor). With canta i didnt test if u could get the fishing unlocked by simply teleporting there....u may need to make the story. Then whats extremly important is to get your desired Asc trinkets. Without them u will feel really weak if u go on. With the lvl 80 booster on a very fresh acc u will be much weaker than all the rest of the lvl 80 guys. So it might feel really frustrating if u dont like hard games and dying a lot....especially that u skipped the lvl 1-80 Tutorial you will also be a weaker fighter regarding skills and movement. But a small tipp....dont rush too much...u will feel exhaused fast and its very frustrating and doesnt feel rewarding...each and every content is still played by many player...there is really no need to rush to the lastes story maps. everyone just choose what they like to do, and just play it.

Or maybe they missclicked....like sending a message or adding as friend I tried to kick someone from a squad by mistake, because i missclicked the "leave squad" ...... :D

Im stuck for 20 more mins in arborstone inn.......so i have finally time to thank the developer for my new main class \(^.^)/ It feels like a holiday after maining my elementalist for years... (R.I.P my beloved ele) Its so fun to switch between support and condi dmg in the middle of the fight. Feels like my old ele times, when i didnt have to care about rotation only but only use the fitting skills for each situation 🙂 the specter is really cool 😄 and especially the scepter skills :3 As a main healer in every and all other MMOs a big thank you! 😄

This video is good if u wanna know what will happen :) check at 2 min 40 sec for the turtle strike :) some tipps from me: - get at least 1 ranged weapon - try to get survival skills (block heal and such) there is no time limit...so a living player do more dmg than a dead player :) - dont worry to creat your own lfg search. Its better that u write honsetly that you are looking for a chilled 1st time run. (Speed runner hates it if u join them while they are clearly looking for someone else) with your own lfg you will find these relaxed vetrans that are ready to help even if it takes 30 min longer :) - be ready to spent at least 1,5 hours...so u dont need to stress yourself :) if you play on EU feel free to contact me :) i can try to help :) (im far from beeing a pro...but i will gladly help :D)

If i remember correct, gs traits in the past were able to give perma 18 might for the mesmer. And the traits for gs seemed powerful. Guess thats why it got nerfed and it became as it is.

I wish it was even 12. Im nearly full legendary and i love creating own builds. Its annoying to spent 10 min to change builds because im already haveing 6 builds i often use... I usually Min Max stuff and dont have the same stat on all things...its annoying to calculate everything again.

You could try a chrono tank build with celestial stats. Its huge support, very tanky and can do a lil dmg. I can solo everything with it.

Well GW2 is a pay to play game (not f2p). But i think its extremly unfair, that new player dont know about the hidden dlcs :/ I always tell my friends that want to buy the game, to buy the 100€ version with 4000 gems, just to buy the additional story. A small advice from me...play the game slow, and try out everything. Do PvP, WvW, Festivals, Worldbosses and dungeons. Also you will learn your class really well before entering the jungle. You will get the gold on the way then. I feel truly sad when I hear you can't play the game as you want :( but you could also see it as a chance to experience everything without burning down with a story rush. I lost lots of friends because they played 100% only story and felt there is 0 content to do after, and still had only yellow to exotic gear.

That's an idea :) so now the only problem remaining is how I know fast who is my teammate and who is my clone

Gw2 is one of the very rare games that are really difficult at start, and then then mindblowing easy at endgame.....should kinda be the other way round...but ye

I usually check for the name colors...so when i see a lot of blue names stacked, then i think its my team....but then it turn out they r only my own clones....within a 1 second decision I go for the colour of the names not the appearance of the character. The way it is right now is great for pvp....but for pve it's just annoying. I mean pets, phantasm and minions also have a green colour names and not blue like party member......o.o

It often happen to me, that i try to buff my allies with a chronomancer, but running only towards my own clones. Also others in my party often think the clone was me. Its really hard to play non stacking teamplay like this. Anyone have some ideas how i know easier within 1 second who is a party member and who is the clone?

If you read it carefully, its not about making it easier (less effort), but adding more logic to it and that it is less confusing. In my opinion i dont mind the way it is, but i need to admit when i made it, it was a bit confusing to go to the same place 3 times.
