Warclaw Lance skill does not function

?? It is by the warclaw mastery using world ability points of which I have an excess of 1,742 points with all abilities maxed. So have no idea of what you are talking about. -
I have not been able to use the lance skill to dismount enemy mounted players since I unlocked the mount. At first I thought I was doing something wrong, but I have made sure I was in range and had the other player selected/targeted and the skill will not even activate. Contacted customer support and they said to post here?? Any help would be appreciated.
