the item comes from the story mission in that map yea, its being used the most there, but it can be used on any other pve map -

The item Nuhoch Warbler given from the story quest In Their Footsteps is breaking the game, it causes the entire map to reset, DCing everyone, rolling back all progress, resetting all events and world bosses. It works on every PvE map in the game.
