  1. Pls keep those wishes/suggestions PvP only. I don't want my main gutted anymore in PvE because of balance issues in this abomination of a game mode that is PvP...
  2. A lot of similar dead metas in the game. Haven't been able to complete Serpent's Ire for years, some unfinished collections are also tied to this one. Was hoping that Wizard's Vault would resurrect that content, but nope...

  4. All general daily tasks should be easily doable S.O.L.O. by an average player in average gear with average build.
  5. Celestial Spellbreaker is better than berserker/marauder in PvE ? Is additional condition duration/boon duration really worth it? Condirion duration would matter only for vulnerability, but its only source is sigil or frailty which only really works on bosses...
  6. I already have such uncompleted meta achievement. IIRC, Shadow In The Ice required not one, but several achievements obtainable only in strike missions. I did all open world ones and was still like 5 short for the completion. Ended up getting the emote in WvW reward track...
  7. If I'm reading the wiki correctly, I need to complete Honorary Astral Ward achievement for Amnytas map mastery. This requires completion of a strike mission for Jotun Skypiercer bow. Is there a way around it? Any hidden achievement that would count? And before you all rush with "strikes are easy" replies, I just want to know if it's possible, I will not do strike for map completion achievement (or for any other reason). I don't understand this. For Skywatch Archipelago, I had to do 22 out of 28 eligible achievements. Amnytas seems far more restrictive in this regard...

  9. Some build will go away completely. My DH trapper for example totally relies on 6th bonus of trapper runes. If there is no corresponding relic, sayonara...
  10. It happens all the time when enemies attack Hills. I'm building AC on ground level behind the wall (the wall, that is like what, at least twice my height) and then get hit with a pull. In 50% of cases I get stuck inside the wall and die to AoE without any chance of escape, remaining 50% chance I get pulled through the wall completely and die to 30+ ppl after burning my 2 stunbreaks. Great design, really.
  11. It's going to be one relic, so one bonus. I need this for WvW DH, but I don't play just one character in WvW (or anywhere else). All builds that relied on some unique 6th effect (not 5% damage, but those truly unique) will be basically shut down upon launch.
  12. The only thing that makes my trapper DH WvW build working is 6th bonus on the Trapper rune. So upon launch I'll lose that, the build will be rendered unplayable and I'll have to do God knows how much grind/pay how much gold to TP barons to restore it back? And I'm not talking restore performance but to make it work at all... And they will graciously give one relic box for the entire account? Oh, that's sweet ANET. I knew I could count on you.

  14. I play open world PvE and some WvW. I couldn't care less if banners are better or worse after the patch, I refuse to use them anyway. I don't play group content, so I don't care if I get the spot in the group or not (that's why I still don't have the turtle, maybe they'll add it to WvW at some point). My expectations from this "balance" patch were simple (or maybe not) - I actually expected weapon skills changes (I know, silly me). I want hammer and mace to deal damage with cc skills in WvW. I want rifle to actually deal damage in any game mode(maybe like current engi rifle AA). I don't want to be stuck with GS or Axe/Axe, because other weapon options are just inferior. That's it. I have no other expectations, as any additional changes are apparently beyond skill of "balance" team.

  16. Dungeon paths are not EoD maps. I'm talking about EoD maps. In other maps (like LS3, LS4, PoF), I can get shards and XP just fine, but not in End of Dragons maps. It will unlock only after activating turtle masteries, which I don't have because of this strike mission. It's BS.
  17. I don't like instanced content (especially in this game). I do not play content I don't like. It is a game, not a job. I play at my own pace and so far I have everything I wanted without playing content I did not like. I don't care for turtle mount, it's stupid. I DO hate that I'm not getting any XP/spirit shards in EoD maps, because of this stupid requirement.
  18. Reading all of this made me even more angry at game devs. I don't find any instanced content in this game to be fun at all. I will not play content that is not fun to me. ANET can keep their stupid turtles locked behind this BS. I accepted the fact that I'm not going to have this mount. But I DO NOT accept that I am not going to get any XP/spirit shards in OPEN WORLD PvE until I do this STUPID instance. I stopped doing anything in EoD maps, because it's a waste of time.

  21. I want unarmed combat with brass knuckles as a weapon. We already have Kick. Bull's Charge, Headbutt and Stomp. Add some manly punches and elite shout "Kilroy Stonekiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin !!!!"
