  2. 1. I didn't went down all thieve's stuff, no need to be that dramatic. I literally mentioned 3 from deadeye (Death's Advance, Sniper's Cover and Silent Scope), you can read the original post again if necessary, its free 2. You just agreed with me about skills having low inis cost, cool. But "multiple steps and skills" for stealth and mobility? Have you ever played any thief build? You just need, as much, 2 buttons to get stealth, and let's no talk about mobility, specially on deadeye 3. Internal cd does not kill specs, again, no need to be that dramatic. Evasive Arcana has 10 secs cd and ppl still pick it because it does really work nice. Not pretending Silent Scope should get 10 cd too, but even virtuoso's boons from dodges have 3 secs internal cd

  6. Well, if you just burn your inis that fast, thats your problem, do I need to remind you smoke combos grants 3 seconds of stealth and you dont need to instant shot on the first second? And pls, cripple? Rifle 4 can clean that And yeah, every class can perma dodge and have infinite reflects, and no deadeye can just sit on stealth, wait the end of animations and just hit 8k. No offense, but do you even know how to time skills and stuff?
  7. Oh sorry, mb, I wasn't talking about PvP, only WvW. And I truly do know how it works on that mode, that's why ik how to deal q that, it just turns annoying how easily they can ooc by just using rifle, not even using utility skills
  8. Bc I dont find it interesting. Plus not giving me trouble tbh, can deal with that with no issue, it just turns annoying when ooc and then come back for a new try and so. Btw, forgot to mention I was talking only for WvW mode
  9. It would be nice if this spec does not simply gain 600 distance at cost of just 2 initiative, while gaining stealth. Talking about Death's Advanced. Just cast Sniper's Cover, which is cool since it's a smoke field and blocks missiles for 5 secs, then D'A for stealth and mobility basically for free. Btw, S'C offers those benefits at the cost of 4 inis, turning skills like Black Powder in just a combo field at cost of 6 inis, and yeah, it blinds, but rifle #1 or 2 does too while in smoke; not to mention it does not have an internal cd unlike Sublime Conversion from Druids And Silent Scope? Yeah, why not more stealth, now on every single dodge... you miss a hit, I gain stealth, then I just press 1 for at least 7k dmg from 1.5k distance. And again, not even an internal cd or mechanic Tbh, first time I tried this spec took me like 15 mins to realise Revealing is the minor thing to worry about. Not to mention you could add Shadowstep and Shadow Portal to the formula for just more meme. And c'mon, we all literally agree Shadow Meld could be a more interesting skill compared to what it is right now... ok, stealth the thief, but 2 counts? pretending it's like two 'Lesser' Blinding Powder? just need to be some more creative And let's not talk about how this spec works with Shadow Arts, stealth from every single stolen skill, etc ... Edit 16/12/23: All of this I mean to refer only at WvW. And I do know how to deal with it, never said I don't, just turns annoying how easily it can ooc by just using rifle

  11. Have you guys ever considered reducing to 2 secs the stealth thieves get from combos? So you finally could encourage perma stealth players at wvw to fight instead of reseting cds. Maybe could add it as a debuff at any SA minor trait, since gaining superspeed and initiative when entering AND exiting stealth is a bit too much...
  12. Video? Just check on youtube... About DJ, yeah, I know how to deal with that, still is not like everyone could perma dodge or keep mitigating it. Plus dont forget the mobility/barrier from rifle 4 + shadowstep + withdraw/roll. Reveal? np, just Shadow Meld. DE already has enough utility tho
  13. Stealth on every dodge? Even if it were 0.5 secs, still breaks targeting at the cost of nothing, not even spending initiative. Few veterans and builds could deal with that, but most can't since DE just need to dodge and spam rifle 1 & 2. You could solo an entire zerk if you want to lmao
