You know a video game company fudged up when Jim Sterling does a video on it, more so about a game he doesn't really care about. Congrats Anet you are now in the same category with other video game companies with predatory behavior towards their customers who are more than happy to exploit their players for as much money as they can get out of them, such as making something like mount skins then locking them away in a loot box where players have a 1 in 30 chance of getting the skin or skins they actual want. Oh and if we want to guarantee to get the skin(s) we want we have to pay over $100. When you could have sold each separate and made a crap ton of money while while keeping your customer friendly reputation intact.
