The company I work for has a very open blameless culture, we have weekly "blameless portmortems" in which basically talk about our incidents in detail. I learn soooo much from these meetings. In this case, you guys obviously need to be a bit more vague about everything but I still enjoyed this openness that you usually only see from opensource communities. To the story itself: I feel you guys. Being involved in database incidents is never fun 😄 But you also learn a lot from it! For example seeing 2,147,483,647 in a database table as an sequence id is usually not good, especially if legacy software is involved 😛

I've personally never worked in customer support but I am pretty sure that the guys on the front simply didn't receive an updated list of "legit" sellers. A.Net and PR rarely goes well together.... My opinion is: The shop looks trustworthy, the payment methods they offer are legit and for the most part allow chargebacks. The main problem though is that people like the OP forgot that these stores, for the most part, are operated by human beings that also might want to enjoy a weekend or might not be able to solve supply issues in a matter of a few hours on a (in germany) national holiday.

I guess it is super hard to just check their official facebook website where they clarified the situation. Personally, kudos to A.Net to choose lesser known retailers and giving them a chance. It's weird that everyone assumes that every store that isn't amazon is immediately shady, that's kinda scary tbh. Amazon is a bad company and everyone should try to avoid it as much as possible.

It's primarily an artbook, not a lorebook :)If you plan on buying it just because of the lore, I can easily tell you - don't.

It's really good, for people who already have the Collectors Edition Artbooks it might not be 100% completely worth it if it weren't for the fact that they gave EotN AND UTOPIA dedicated chapters.

Any chance that we will ever get 4k ingame cinematics? (be it ingame or downloadable outside of the game)
