  1. Its seems that they just dont care. There are some skills that display animations in certain weapons and in others do nothing. For example on renegade, if u use a summon skill with GS it wont display the proper animation. But if u do with a sword or shortbow it will. It feels bad overall.
  2. +1 its doesnt work for me either. My only option is to spam GS skill 2 lol.
  3. Ok so I tried switching off the internet and turning it on again. Now it downloaded the missing patch and its working fine. Hoping someone find that useful too!
  4. Hello everyone! With the new weapon training, I noticed GS lacks certain animations, like the skills of Renegade that summon spirits, or Heroic Command. Herald´s dragon breath has the same problem too. But my guess is that the problem persist on other classes as well. It would be very nice if they can fix it, since timing those animations is crucial in dps rotation. Thanks!
  5. Hi everyone. You may have noticed that everytime u switch to alliance legend, theres an explosion of red and blue colors... and then nothing more. It needs some improvements. 1. The particle effects when u switch legends are absent. This is easy to fix, just copy them from another legend and apply. 2. There is a lack of color in ability bar (its just a white smoke) that even dissapears if u switch to Saint Viktor (possible bug). Here I propose two possible changes: the simple one is replace the white smoke with red and blue flames, or (even better) make Archemorus display red flames when in use and Saint Viktor display blue flames when in use. This would make much easier to recognize which of the alliance stance legends is active. I know maybe im asking too much, but i would be much more willingy to use the alliance stance if it actually feels like a legend. P.S: Sorry about my english, I am not native.
  6. Hello everyone! As u all may have noticed, most of the power core weapons recieved some extra dmg. In the case of sword, tho, its seem to have been completely forgotten. In renegade, it does little damage to be a competitive power spec (tho many would argue its a condi spec, but we should be able to choose if play it power or condi renegade anyway). In vindicator, its almost better to ignore it, since GS deals a lot of more dmg (and its being buffed now, so no point to switch to sword). Arenanet should really buff the damage of this power weapon, or at least of traits that affects it (or maybe a mix of both). What are your thoughs?
  7. Hi all! This is my very first post in forum. I think the new balances and changes in holosmith are not that bad, but the mechanic itself could be improved and buffed. One thing that I never understood is the damage taken in holo form when u exceed heat levels. I dont see such a punishment in others classes for a simple mistake that is common while u have quickness (u lose almost half health and cant use forge skills until it cools down entirely, so is a dps lose plus a health lose). 1. I think the mechanic could be easily improved so when u exceed heat, instead of losing half health, u just enter in a longer cooldown of forge (about 10 seconds for example). The final trait that damages enemies could also stay the same, with the difference of u taking no damage from the explosion. 2. And we seriously need specific buffs to our traitline, like more dmg to laser edge. Otherwise it will much powerful and safer to just be a mechanist. P.S.: Sorry about my rusty english, im not native 🙂
