Yes but i havn't finished this episode yet. I go though alot of Boss events though that have 50-100 people on weekly routine and some of our guild mates have the "strobe Light" issue" but its due to their graphics not being up to par. Intel is one of the worst for graphics and most computers that have it also have it on as default. Example My laptop came with intel hd and Nvidia 1050ti. I had to manually shut down intel and assign Nvidia as the primary for those wondering. [i've melted intel graphics cards before] I'm saying this from as person who runs multiple sets of infusions at once. Only infusion in the game that i've seen That has a "out of personal space effect" is radiation one and even then with 8 of them stacked its a steady glow with the details of the character still easy to see even if you also equip the off setters [hylick and ice-encasement] I use 8 Winter's Heart,8 Ghostly.1 Ember,1 Celestial(blue), and Winter's presence/or Nightfury +The animations from which ever legendary i happen to be using at the time.

I run the game on Max settings and im not getting these strobe lights? are you sure your computer isn't up to date? My specs and i maintain a 60-70fps i7-7700hq 2.8ghz[up to 3.5ghz w/tb]Nvidia 1050ti16gb ram. Im getting stable animations glows are their but no where near as "flashy" as yours Also They already have a mode for you. "Performance Mode" strips the animations out of the game pretty much leaves you with what you need.

Raids have always ruined games. Just take a look at wow they are sub 6mil player base last time i checked. Due to wow's tragic raid obsession they have even less players then gw2 does. Not only that raids are extremely boring fighting the same thing 1000x times and trying to find a group is a nightmare. Let alone the detestable player base raids have. Currently I Refuse to do raids for the fact i cant solo them. Why solo? I simply don't want to put up with mindless children. Point of fact: Ascended equipment is the same Legendary equipment but with per-determined stats, however they are far easier to obtain. So the 1 thing raid has that might attract people is useless!

Switch to Nivid on your graphics they are by far better. Also cpu needs to be at least 4.8ghz to handle the max load guildwars dishes out [and maintain 100+fps] Also having enough memory helps aswell. gw averages on my end 3-4gb worth of memory [per session]
