I noticed this issue when i was attempting to go back and finish map completion on my extra characters. The first time it happened in Lake Doric. i thought maybe I had made a mistake and had already finished that map--but then i moved on to Ember Bay (i could see that I had completion around 90% and hearts were the only thing missing) and it happened again. When I then switched to another character who also required Ember bay, but who had low 20% completion, and I specifically got all of the hearts done first--i was able to get the map completion chest by saving a POI for last.
It seems like repeatable hearts on these maps are not correctly counting towards first-time map completion rewards. I don't know if it's affecting maps outside of season 3 ones, i haven't tried to map complete those yet. completing hearts first seems to work around the bug--but this only helps the characters who haven't already finished all the objectives save for hearts.
Yeah I did submit in game--a few times actually (i experienced this bug over the course of a couple months between my various attempts, this wasn't all in one day), so i'm reposting here for visibility since I couldn't find anything when i searched about it. Thanks for the tips tho!
