Guild Wars 2 just tweeted that they are aware of the problem and are working on it

Got the same problem. Press "Login" and after a while i get the following message on the launcher: GUILD WARS 2 HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support for assistance at http://support.guildwars2.com. Build: 120060 Error Code: 58:11:5:535

Did that, but it came up with 0 results. But found out how to get a duplicate. Just talked to Hobbs and bought a spare with Karma. Must have been blind before 😛 Thanks anyways for the comment

Hey all, I'm currently working on Astralaria III. In my collection it shows that I already have the Aetherblade Gearbox Mechanism, but I can't find it on any of my chars. Question now is: Can I get another one from the JP or from somewhere else?

Works now.You're a star for helping out.Launcher stay s at 100% without restarting to download that stupid file. When i delete the extra line from the hosts file it stays at 100%. Thanks again for the great help.

Don't think the solution posted above does the trick.7GB download for 1 file?Doubt that's correct.

After re-installing GW2 on a new drive ithe launcher keeps downloading a last file.Un-installed and re-installed the game now like 6 times and it keeps doing this.Tried all the options that i could find on the internet but none worked.i.e. deleting dat file, using vpn,...No clue what else i can do.
