  1. Overall really liking the finished version of vindicator. It's been extremely stratifying in both pvp and open world/meta events. I haven't tried it in WvW just yet but I will get there. At the moment, not much feedback on how the class plays honestly. Tree song is basically my favorite thing in PvP as a Rev now so thank you! My feedback is more a quality of life comment? If it doesn't get changed, oh well. Been using Exordium with my rev and that is a dream come true in itself! That is my favorite legendary. I love how it shifts and changes in battle. But with 2 of the skills, you can hardly see the sword morph, if it all. So here is my small feedback about something very niche. Mist unleashed it's hard to see the 'wings' at the base of the blade imo. The mist swirls around your character and sort of masks the wings. Maybe something at the tip of the blade. Like the animation used with Swoop and leap of faith. Especially with the sword turning into a "hammer" it would fit the end animation of the attack. Then Phantom's onslaught...This animation happens so fast, you may never see the sword change not matter what ha. I've caught a brief glimpse sometimes. Honestly I'd rather have the attack be quick, then be slow just so I can see an animation. That being said maybe the "axe" shape from whirling wrath may be more noticeable even with the speed. Thank you for your time if you read this and overall really loving EOD and can't wait to see what is to come!
  2. Super late to the party! But I have been playing Condi reaper just for fun and it got me re-thinking Virtuoso. In the Betas, the bleed traits just didn't seem to do/stack enough. I like the idea of a bleed mesmer, even if it's just in PVP. So here are some ideas, possibly they have been shared before. First off, let's talk about Bladesong Sorrow... This is part of the introduction to Virtuoso "virtuoso changes this by disregarding trickery and embracing all-out offense" I understand the Mesmer F2 always does condi. But confusion on a class that is supposed to be focused on a more "direct" approach seems off. Flavor wise. If Bladesong sorrow did bleed however, that falls in line with the class theme and the condi traits. Next topic are those traits. even taking Jagged mind, you just can't stack bleeds consistently. What if Jagged mind was added as a major grandmaster trait and did something such as... "Blade attacks deal reduced damage but apply bleeds." now this may be too good, but I got the idea from the reaper trait that applies bleeds when you apply chill. And giving it the drawback of your blades doing less damage MAY offset the bleeds. Bloodsong could then be reworked as a major adept where it just makes bleeds do more damage but no longer stacks blades. Sharpening sorrow is pretty nice still. Idk if that would need to be adjusted. Overall I am excited for the new Mesmer class and maybe the condi traits need to be scrapped all together. But just wanted to share my thoughts.
