Is there some way to turn this off. It blocks the view of my character.

Example: Head piece and sunglasses at the same time. Pauldrons and a scarf at the same time.

Let us hope that you never have to experience the disadvantages of 'such people'.

For the Development Team. After several email conversations per ticket r/t to this subject; I am hereby requesting accessibility or alternative options to be added to the Wintersday Gauntlet for those of us with disabilities and are unable to successfully complete the three tier requirement for the Snow Globe on our own. Edited to add: The current format requires the puzzle to be completed as 3 TIERS to count as ONE completion for the Snow Globe achievement. As difficult as it is ONE completion not THREE TIERS should be enough for the Snow Globe or an alternative way to obtain the Snow Globe . Completion for the chest at the end could remain at three tiers. The American Disability Act (ADA) provides for persons with disabilities so should online games. Games should be fun not stressful to play Thank You.

Oh how I wish I could have done that but I have medical issues with my hands & wrists. Thank you for your input on this topic.

I almost gave up on trying to complete this quest. I finally completed it by using my Griffin mount. At the very first orb 'the first wind blowing point' where you need to jump onto the rocks, I didn't jump on the rocks when I jumped I turned to the right using my Griffin and kept going. I think I died only twice but both times I was able to revive at the second 'blowing wind' point. The third time trying I was able to keep my Griffin above the floating rocks. I avoided the 'quest lines' to the right & avoided the 'storm' that was also to the right. I kept going & finally went thru the rift. Yay! Completed the hard part. Hope this post helps others who are having trouble. Good Luck to all.

I am still fairly new to the game but I enjoyed learning how to key bind my mounts. Thank you to all that responded to my post.🙂

The mount section of the game has 8 'slots' for all of your mounts. (I am not talking about all the skins to the left of those 8 'slots'). If those 8 'slots' were placed to the left or right of the 'play screen' it would make using your mount so much better. To mount or dismount click on the picture of the mount you want to ride. No more clicking to choose the mount then clicking again to mount the mount. I have a screen shot of what I am suggesting but I don't know how to upload it as I don't use the options given. Thank you. ( I love this game )

Would love to be able to purchase outfits, wings, armor, miniatures, chairs & other items without waiting for them to be rotated in Gem Store.

The game needs better looking tops & boots for female toons. Some of the tops would look better without the bottom part around the hip area. Some of the boots make my toons feet look really small & out of proportion with the rest of my body. Females want boots that have a heel & is shaped to the female leg with an awesome color aura of toon choice. No more flat footed boots please.

I would like to buy:Pyre Gloves. Exalted Shoulders. Luminescent Boots. Glints Gaze Mask.Could the miniatures be rotated thru the cash shop.Players can't spend money on items that are not available.

1.) Would love to be able to change hair accessory color without having to use a hair kit.2.) Would love it if players had a 'real' home instead of what we have now. Different types of homes, lots of stuff to decorate the home & yard with. Furniture, pictures, wall coverings, holiday decorations etc....
