After a lot of hours in all game modes (PVE, PVP, WvW) this is my updated feedback (by a main decade Engi 😉 ) BAD: The thing that i have to click the same button twice to have some effect is annoying, we have it in all all buttons---2-3-4-5...It could be better if the "wells" are like the necro-staff or the guardian-traps, where they does the effect/damage when the enemy goes on it, or they can stay in the world 20 seconds if no1 go throuh them; the condis are wrong for me... try torment..bleeding..burning...no1 of them on the shortbow, we should do some condi dps; some boons are wrong for me... try protection, resistance, quickness; no explosions on any arrow; low dps in general (all arrows, in particular in the Arc Detonator damage on nearby enemys); 180 too small radius; The support abilitys (barrier, healing, etc...) are not on the Engi., he needs to stay on the circle, you could add them staying ranged only for the engi; too long the animation to shot the arrow (2-3-4-5)... the targets will move in that time, in all game mode; No mobility with any arrow, try the "Essence of Living Shadow" that expode on impact and in the same time the Engi can do a jump back (like the ranger on shotbow i mean); 2-3-4-5 skill all on ground targeting, try remove 1/2 of them with explosions or with some bouncing effect like the pistol 3. GOOD: autoattack with more target with the elettric module... but vulnerability is a wrong condi, try burning or torment. Let's talk again after IMPORTANT changes on this weapon; there is the potential, but as now it will be not used. Hev a nice day! PS: Idea for this weapon or for a future update: you can add a trait or similar, where the engi can swap weapons, BUT he can't use kits if he has that trait on.

BAD: I can't play it.... the thing that i have to click the same button twice to have some effect is annoying..all buttons---2-3-4-5...It could be better if the "wells" are like the necro-staff... the well does his effect/damage when the enemy goes on it.. the condi are wrong for me... try torment..bleeding..burning...no1 of them on the shortbow... no explosions... low dps in general small radius.. superspeed instead of quickness some support ability (barrier, healing, etc...) are not on the Engi...he needs to stay on the circle.. you could add them staying ranged only for the engi too long the animation of the arrow... the targets will move in that time GOOD: autoattack with more target with the elettric module... but wrong condi.....vulnerability COME ON!!
  3. Livestream feedback: Shortbow on engi vote: 1/10 anonymous autoatack...(try the thief one?); no skills for mobility; radius of "wells" 180 are too small; skill 5 with superspeed is useless.. (try with quickness?) no CC for breakbar; etc.. Let's see if after the BETA the feedback will improve... but starting from 1/10 it's hard to gain at least the 6/10.. ;(

Bug list 😉: Rename the Mech every time you call him; the F1-2-3 action never starts when you press because the mech is out of range , but he never records your command, you need to push it again when it comes in range; there is not the red line in F1-2-3 for the "not in range" skills, they are very usefull, inset them; (Bug?!) with "shift Signed" the Mech never teleports, he come "walking"

Hey Anet 😉 Here there is my feedback of the Mechanist: GOOD: the elite spec is very enjoyable and the style of not press the keyboard like a piano now is good for the player; now finally we can use rifle and stay ranged in PVE content; etc... Now say the bad one to improve the game 😅: BAD: The Mech is not very under our control, i mean the "return to me" button need to stay as F4 and the "Recall Mech" as F5; when you use the mech in pve and use glider, mounts etc there is the mech that goes on sky and then return back but slowly, sometimes we use glider also for 1 second and have this loss time of the mech is not good for the gaming; the mech should be always near the mechanist without activating every mount/dismount or glider time the animations; underwater there is no mech, only an aid from the surface but for an elite spec that use the mech for primal damage having not it and having no more the tool bar is not a good point; the timing to call back the mech is too much, in pvp there is the evidence; for me you should take it a lot less; often the F1-2-3 action never starts when you press because the mech is out of range , but he never records your command, you need to push it again when it comes in range; there is not the red line in F1-2-3 for the "not in range" skills, they are very usefull, inset them; the trait "j Drive" is not good at all; the bombardament is too rare, it should be at some intervals (3 seconds?); the tool bar without the mech should be insert again, the mech is not playable without it and you can give the player an chance more to choose the trait "J Drive" beeing a Mechanit without the mech near him (he is in the sky), an alternative for the playstyle; The "shift signet" is too slow as animation, a lot of time i press it and some players (pvp) or strong mob interrupt me..3/4 is much, can you do 1/2 for the timing? hope it!; "crash down" as a 3/4 skills is a lot, as "overclock signet" (that i use only to call back the mech when he dies), often i coudn't use it and i died alone without the chance to call back the mech; Nether in melee or in ranged i could't find a way to use "sky Circus", it's always better use another skill from another trait, you should improve that trait for me to give a better choice. This is my opinion in this beta event, in general the feeling of the elite spec is good. I'm a MAIN Engi since RELEASE in 2012, i also tested the Engi in the beta before the release, this is my background story of the class 👨‍🔧..(and i'm an engineer in real life, does it count?😜) Good work to you Anet, keep it up!
