Have you tried using the Prototype Position Rewinder? If you are fast enough, you can break a fall by rewinding. Use Mark location often and you may never have to start the puzzle from the beginning again.

I suggest a one time refund of listing fees for over priced items that will never sell. I see a lot of not so rare stuff going for 10000 gold. I have the skin for everyone I looked at. The TP is cluttered with items like this. Many are probably by extinct or deceased players. ANET needs to clean house of this stuff.

I hate the achievements that include a Meta that requires a zerg to complete while the rest of the achievement can be completed solo. Not just in Living world.

I notice that when Suggestions are merged the all important subject line is discarded. The subject line should be at least be added to the body for the post to be complete. Some posts make no sense at all because the subject line is missing. It would make searching a little more easier too.

How would they separate the content of an expansion without a new map? For instance, I would hate to run into invisible barriers of areas if I didn't have the expansion. Look at Living story Season One. There are before and after maps of affected areas. The before maps are history and never to be played again.

I hardly believe that a non tangible item like a skin can be a result of "gambling" from opening a chest. Everything in GW2 is property of ANET. None of the money going into the game never gets returned as winnings(cash). ANet's income is already being taxed which includes any money from buying keys with gems. The EU just wants another tax to collect.

Yes. I got credit for I got both inscriptions in the two achievements. They don't show up at the vendor anymore once purchased. That's what I get for doing like achievements at once.

There is a Windows and Android program called Password Safe. it lets you sync password databases between devices. It will read from a cloud also That is what I have, just an older version. Local only. I should look at the new one... Actually the syncing is done by storing the password database in a local Google Drive folder. This program is open source so the Android version has a different author. The password databases are the same.

What authentication are you using? I have ANET send me a text with a code when I play from a different server when I use my VPN.

Yes. the VPN I use works really well. I can't choose to play from many areas. It triggers the 2 step verification with each location change. But you can have the login remember that server.

Not that this would solve the problem. Why not confine ftp to low ranking WvW servers.

Add Wallet to Game Message Options in the chat window. I want to see "You receive (any wallet item)" as well as loot from chests or farming. Wallet items usually scroll by too fast to see the quantity before scrolling off the screen. I'd like to see the number crowbars etc. along with inventory items as I get them in the message window. I'd settle for displaying wallets items along with inventory items in the chat window and share the inventory checkbox.

I was able to get all my accidently deleted tools and glyphs restored to my account. I'm a happy camper now. Thank you ANET. If you look at the delete character dialog box now, you will see the change I was asking for. Instead of a simple warning, we got an extensive warning. I couldn't ask for more. :)

I just noticed that the "Current" Known Issues list hasn't been updated since April. This wouldn't indicate that removing a feature from the game as an issue.

Maybe the the code used for the arrows were eliminated to increase server/client performance. New content lag issues may have been a reason for getting rid of unnecessary overhead.

What do you use to ping ANET servers? The online tools I've tried don't get a response to ping.

Crystal Oasis is also 35.173.141.14The IP can be any IP at the moment depending which instance you are in. From what I see is that all those GW2 map IPs belong to Amazon servers out of Seattle. It seems they pair up busy maps with not so busy maps on the same IP. Every click of Volunteer's Blessing will move you to a different IP, but the server location remains the same. It can’t be Seattle otherwise my ping would be substantially lower. Every IP I have tested goes to Virginia. I used WHOIS to find out who owns the IP. I used a different site and I get Virginia too. Maybe I will try my VPN to a location near Virginia to see if I get better results as far as the disconnects I've been plagued with.

Your friend not playing since 2015 probably set off some flag. Did your friend change ISPs and/or move in the last 5 years? Once your friend gets his account straighten out. Have him change his password and set up SMS validation. That way he can play from any location. Have him make sure the email address associated with the account is still valid. I would think there would be emails explaining why he can't login. I had to go through a verification process just to change email addresses. My old email went from .com to .net which messed things up.
