As soon as the cinematic started I started pressing esc and W A S D not sure which one worked but it did work

So I just recently started playing again and as soon as i finish the EOD first quest "jumping from ship to ship" I am shown lying on a beach then my game client crashes I have tried the quest about 5 times now and its always the same and crashes at the same point and i have to restart the quest again.

I have been unable to reach the new areas soon as i finish old friends and it shows me on beach i get dc'd,soon as I relog im back at the instance start and have to do the senerio again,done this soo many times and it dc's everytime,I have uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
