Don't ask me why and don't ask me why today after several attempts I managed to unlock the situation and get out of this bug that, honestly, was leading me to abandon Guild wars 2 after more than 12 years (not counting Guild wars 1..). I solved it by entering the development Lab (as requested), exiting, interrupting the story, going to another instance, returning to Rata Sum, starting the SoOb episode "Duress", leaving it, restarting the bugged episode (the prologue precisely), and returning to the Home. Thanks to myself.

I think I can make a hypothesis to the problem. For some reason the chapter "Chapter 17 — Deep Research" of Ends of Dragons is not completed / never started despite having confirmed it from the game that was made. I tried to redo the previous chapters and tried to listen to all the "Gorrik's Research Journal" (a total anguish) but nothing... It does not mark it with the mission bookmark so nothing happens...

As requested by support I report a bug. In the prologue of Secret of OBscure ,the first step " Prologue:Uncertain Times" with my character Asura ( elementalist) the email that should arrive does not arrive. I specify that with the other characters for now I have not encountered any problems. Obviously this prevents me from continuing. I tried the solutions suggested by support, but they have no positive results. I also tried to redo the previous story, but nothing.

Good morning, in light of what you have presented, I am very disappointed and afraid of the direction this title is taking.The only positive exception is that you understand that raids are not of interest.Nothing new.To reconsider the masterpiece of guild wars 1 I feel like crying.
