The blind is obviously from Pistol 5; as for Torment, a more condi option is very welcome I guess. I'm getting kinda tired of D/D 3 and P/D 3

They're essentially giving the episodes again, so you can take your time -
Trick Shot had ½ for a while, now; doubt it's changed.

Vital Shot's cast time has been removed, making it much spammier. Ehm... Well... That's all I had to say 😃

It's not impossible for them to make a main hand weapon available in off-hand and vice-versa. A Sword-Sword thief for example or a Torch/Torch whatever-profession-uses-a-torch.
