Yes but it’s good for forever !! It is cheapest to unlock all bag slots over getting 32-slot bags in the few slots we get given for free. So I am going to make it a thing to unlock all bag slots spaces when they go on discount on the gem store. Much better use of my gold

I think every new player should read this message. It never even occurred to me that it could be cheaper to get more bag slots unlocked over getting bigger slots per bag!! I think this is the most helpful message I have read related to a topic I’m searching to learn more about. You deserve a medal for summing up the most logical and simple way around the bag conundrum that I am sure am not the only person to be looking for the best way around this issue, which now is not an issue any more, or at least not as big an issue as: I’m a new player and the only real roadblock to this was seeming to be the cost of how much those 32 slot bags really are. Also, by spending gold on expanding the bag slots per character available early on in the game, once you do start to make 32 slot bags, gold should be much easier attainable as you would in theory be in a more advanced position in the game. I think your solution to this topic should be highlighted to every new and keen player!! Thankyou again, this will improve my journey in the game.

Yeah, I just came back to the game after around 8 months away and I can say I’m still not planning on getting back to pvp any time soon, pvp is gonna be so much fun when I get my legendary full set or at least just ascended.

I’m actually always on the forums when I’m away from the game, I love reading about things related to the game I play. I can learn little tricks and tips always by reading or searching on google, it usually brings me to the forums, I love hearing people’s opinions on things and ideas and suggestions. I like to share my ideas about how the developers can improve the game and I like seeing how other people share their ideas on this topic. I’m not an endgame gamer im more of a beginner( I am sort of mid game beginner not fully a beginner anymore as I have recently brought a copper fed salvage o matic and there was on offer for 7 days a rechargeable teleport to friends that I could not resist as I could really make a good use of this during the map exploration alone on all my characters) but I sure do enjoy the forums a lot, I think it’s mainly due to my interest in this game!!

My advice to you is to NOT get them. They are absolutely worthless. Got myself 100 keys for Christmas and got nothing but junk. Only 7 keys yielded a 5th slot and of that only one got a skin worth about 20 gold... 5th slot drop rate is absolutely atrocious. It is just a waste of money. On the subject of rare drops, the same seems to go for dyes, their drop rate is stupidly low too. I don't mind spending money but this is just ridiculous. I think the black lion chests are meant to reward you the secure things like black lion statuettes and they are “valuable in a way” if you didn’t previously buy the upgradable items that can be brought with statuettes like for example miner tron or logger tron, that permanently upgrades your mining pick and so and so, or nodes, with 100 of these you can afford a new node, out of several nodes that are available to buy so it would mean you need to open a lot of black lion chest to get each of these nodes. Plus if what you wanted was a good drop, you would be able to buy a gold key worth I believe 50 statuettes, so every 50 chest you have a chance at getting a good drop for sure, that’s before the 50 where you could probably drop something good from them first. They are just meant to be a not so hardcore item that if done over and over again can be rewarded immensely in the long run, but when I read comments like that I think that they don’t understand it’s a lot more effort than just “100” openings to reap the real possible rewards that could be retrieved from this item in particular. Someone pushing they’re luck with a finite number that “seems” high is not gonna get “that reward” as someone who is cool with opening 101 if that is “enough” to get the item they are looking forward to getting. So opening 100 black lion chest does reward you well no matter if you open 1 or 100, it’s the same drop chance, there is no more or less chance the more you open. I mean I am well happy enough to just have black lion statuettes that I can trade in for something of value, and if I was looking at really trying to get something valuable out of the chest, I will no doubt you can bet your bottom dollar be trading statuettes for that golden key, as I am sure you don’t get people saying, I opened 100 golden key worth of black lion chest and didn’t get what I wanted.

I would like to buy black lion chest keys in game from some vendor with mystic forge stones, that would be cool, for like the same price as the mystic forge stone cost=same price as the black lion chest cost or maybe a bit more expensive to not encourage the people to buy outright the mfs and still want to play to get them.

I dont think i can delete any post, so i think im best off editing the posts to be displayed as DELETE right... its a confusion to leave a post uploaded twice. The way this happened by accident is because i was uploading from my iphone but i will stop uploading with my phone from then on so this can never happen again. I got warned several times and even was on a ban the other day for a whole 24 hours. I am sorry this had to happen but i will prevent this hopefully by only uploading from a computer from now on.

So i think i can still participate in everything so i don't know quite what this ban signifies but i am sorry to the devs if i have had to be banned i really thought i was doing my best. I hope i can still play when i get home tonight, if not at least the ban subsides tomorrow(hopefully at 00:00 tonight). Is there a way I can purchase the stories for living world season 2 and 3 complete without having to buy individual chapters for 200 gems each or will there ever be? I am thinking of buying the stories all of them as I read somewhere it is more profitable than the cost of 200 gems each chapter for all lws2 I think it was so I don’t mind buying all individual but if I can buy them in 1 complete set maybe it’s cheaper or something I would love to know please. Oh okay Thankyou so much that solved it, yes I use some spelling app on my computer I never write anything so when I typed the message on this forum and I saw that I genuinely thought it was the forums idea. Anyway Thankyou so much for this that answers my question ;)

So when I am writing a message on the computer, the first time I did this I saw an icon displayed, that when I clicked on it it was informing me if my message came off as friendly, confident or some other option. Now I write messages on my phone and never see this option, is this the same for everyone writing messages on computer and can I see a recent message of mines style or is this only when I was writing the message before we send it? I also am wondering if nobody has a clue what I’m talking about in which case it may be because I use an app for spelling, so I don’t know if this is the reason I see those icons... would like to know mainly if this is an option, if I can see them from my phone before I send the post. So about the bag opening, I have not any idea as to what bags in specific I need to open on a lower level character. I have some bags from the princess thing salvaging the stone 50 a go do these count as bags to open on a lower level? And if so, can you tell me all the bags or how to tell what bags to open on a lower level please and thankyou

I have brought PoF and HoT but I also seem to have in the icebrood saga section of story mode all episodes except for one unlocked somehow? I’m sure you had to buy this to have them and yet I haven’t done so, any idea as to why I have nearly all icebrood saga story unlocked. I actually have everything except for I believe season 3 unlocked( I don’t have the game in front of me right now so I can’t say 100% for sure I’m 99% sure though). So is this the normal for everyone? I can only guess it is!...

So if I had to choose one class to dominate all the fractals levels what would be a solid choice that can always work for fractals. Is it a healer? Or maybe a full dps character? Maybe is best with a condition class that casts lot of conditions on an enemy and depletes the health or helps your team mates defeat the enemy easier! I would love to know, please and Thankyou!

There could be the possibility that I take brakes from the game and these “brakes” could last for months but I do usually come back to the game always in the end. Just would like to be in a guild that doesn’t kick me when I have been absent for long time so that when I get back I can just hop back into the action with the guild I was in. I like playing lotteries ( give the organizer 1 gold and for there to be a winner every week or even for there to be rollovers) but that’s not a must for me and I like a helping guild to newbies like myself. I like playing fractals and killing world bosses and at the moment I am busy doing my stories so that might take a few months( because I only play for a couple of hours a day) so I don’t want any expectations from me to play certain things.

So I am looking at laptops to run guild wars 2 at over 60 FPS on high or super high settings. It will be probably an rtx 3070 for me from what I have seen but I would just like second opinions on what is “enough”.

So what stories are the most profitable in terms of the rewards you get from them at the ending of said story. And what can you get from the most profitable story. I am In general looking at the most mastery points attainable from stories, for example so I will wanna do this story first maybe?

So i said in hard fights because when it is more pressing to defeat an enemy and I have used all my skills and ( I play Necromancer in this situation) I have no life force left I might need an extra boost/bump so I will whip out my axe and start hitting the enemy with that for until the weapon swap cools down and I can switch back to my two hand sword again. Only then can I say I would bother to do a combo!

So can anyone share they’re ideas about what I could better do as a beginner( really into titles) with 1000g instead of buying that title im rich you know, what could be better spent 1000g than that title
