Letting the event fail did not work/let us commune for me or the other ten or so people around me on my map instance.

I created another thread before this one for the hero point, and I can confirm that purchasing does not unlock it either.

I bought two (because the first one didn't work), and I can now confirm that it does not unlock the point either.

I am cheap haha

Players cannot commune with the Searing Cauldron Hero Challenge located in the southern part of Iron Marches.

I found this dude in one of two spots: he spawned during the event that opens the hall doors in the top left of the map, and I also found him while just flying around as a randomly-spawned event. The hall event didn't give me credit for him, but I do not know if that was a bug or not. Came back here to confirm that doing the Great Hall event in the top left of the map spawned this enemy for me again.

I have this problem as well, but ONLY on my new Guardian. My pre-existing Guardian does not have this issue. On the new Guardian, the Skyscale is the only mount that cannot be summoned. I boosted the new character with the problem to 80, and she still is unable to mount only the Skyscale. These are both female human characters.

That is exactly what I've been saying since the content drop today. All of this should instead result in a mastery point rather than a way to unlock the track itself. It seems so unnecessary and over the top for something we have waited literal years for. I wouldn't have cared if it was a crazy amount of XP either - something we could work towards upon release because of the push to get it from the get go.

It is bugged for me as well.
