I posted on this last night when I tried to purchase gems for my other half. Same thing as the OP said. If support is fixing the problem for many people then they obviously know what the problem is, so why not either 1. tell us what it is, or 2. fix it for everyone? It might be frustrating for us in the short term, especially having to contact support repeatedly for the same issue. But surely the gw2 company is losing money each time people give up. So it should be in their interest to fix it for everyone?
