Digital River has kept me from spending a LOT of money on GW2. I should probably be grateful, but every time I try to purchase something from the website or the gem store, I have to want it enough to submit a ticket and wait. EoD is one of those things, so here I am with another "Payment Authorization Failed" and a ticket waiting attention. Anet, Digital River really blows--and is losing you money.

Aaand it hasn't gotten any better this year. I had a hell of a time getting gems for the March sales, using paypal, debit and a cc. They went through, but then Digit River decided issue a reverse on the second one then blocked my account "for security purposes". Still waiting on support to figure this one out.

Mine finally managed to go through on the Character Slot day (after getting the red flash of of error 5 times). Today I was hoping to get the LWs I'd missed. I guess it's not going to happen. Does anyone know if they extend sales for customers trying to get them? I tried two different cards and paypal, but nothing changes. It has to be on their end.
