  1. nr. 40 pls! Account: AintGold.5128 Character name: Yuzzuf
  2. Something like turning MH pistol in a brussknucklem everytime you hit there's a follow up explosion, that's how I imagined it.
  3. https://www.guildwars2.com/en/secrets-of-the-obscure/
  4. I wonder how ANet solve some problems, like hammer on weaver and dual attument skill
  5. HOT have it's own rules. But Ele with Cele stats is quite tanky, Weaver or Cata, can't say nothing for tempest, cuz didn't played yet. Weaver with it's lots of barrier if traited correctly and Catalyst is a bruiser-like espec with hammer, self healing and orb mechanic that gives you passive bonuses. And also special boon just for this espec that increases your stats.
  6. Quick idea created just on the desk: For red skills - Empowered heal - Archemorus is channeling heal instead of you and create fire field when casting heal. healing skill stays in the place where you casted this - Empowered nomad advance - Archemorus is dashing instead of you and range increased to 800 - Empowered scavenger burst - Archemorus jumping from the air on targeted area (something like vindi dodge) and add blast combo finisher - Empowered reaver rage - Archemorus angrily screams stunning enemies for 1 sec - Spear of Archemorus renamed to Archemorus' aid - now its an upkeep ability and every makes every skill empowered when used during this skill and increases the cd of every skill by 2 sec For blue, I dunno, lack of ideas
  7. Best - charr - cuz GS2 skill have great animation, GS3 looks great on charr (btw vindi have the same animation but with mist effect) Worst- I's divided between sylvari and asura - they both don't look suited for brute force and stuff what warrior do but asura have great animations and sylvari VA's did great job with shout skills but somehow I can't imagine them being only a class that isn't using any magic in their kit.
  8. When using mount attack (raptor, jackal, skimmer, springer, warclaw) and using dodge in the same second - vindi is doing normal dodge, which sometimes don't cost stamina, sometimes does or sometimes it stopping stamina to regen.
  9. Tho I mentioned willbender and specter in my first comment too, just at the end. Also weaver water sword 2 seems to come in handy when you are out of stamina and need to evade something - since it have evade framerate
  10. Just throwing quick examples that there are simple rotations, also if you knew there are easy rotation why you said It has 450u range (please, check things first if you are not sure) which for me is quite decent. Plus for me everything what moves you faster than normal run from point A to point B seems like a mobility skill to me. I meant every skill sword 2 is a mobility skill, but no sword 2 earth. My bad, english is no my primarily langauge.
  11. If you just use your fingers to search a little, you can find some easy rotations https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95EvXatRk4I https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilJgfp1w0- k&t=28s https://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Tempest_-_LI_Tempest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aYYUl6vX0A Plus weaver on sword 2 skills have leap or shadowstep - except earth And tempest seems quite simple because of its overload mechanic
  12. Holo - the most flashy class and lil' less agile Rene - its spirits are flashy and u can go power sword/sword with assasin stance to be mobile or condi mace/axe and demon stance (maybe works like shadowhunter? dunno i just did a quick look), with mace/axe and demon u r also mobile - mace 3 is a short leap, axe 3 is 900u shadowstep and demon stance also have short leap 3s cd Vindi is also worth looking into being quite mobile (well mostly to assasin stance but alliance gives also 2 dashes on short cd, gs too) Ele - every espec seems flashy Guardian is also very flashy with willbender being mobile But being honest you can pick thief with specter where every skill is a shadow step and turn him into a flashlight thanks to infusions
  13. If I'd make a tier list of every tier lists I saw, this one wouldn't be even putted in the lowest tier.
  14. I'm trying to create a build for vindi with focus on open world. I like to solo champs and so I am trying to do this with vindicator. http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PmwAExzlZSMsTyjlSdMUijpSksSigJ/1esF-zRJYiR9fZ0TVlZqqyA-e I am using sigil of energy to quickly restore stamina during longer fights and sigil of stamina because I couldn't find anything else useful on this place and it can be useful when killing adds and with maintaining boons with dodge. I tend to switch Shiro with Jalis and I am using Alliance because being easy quickness source, probably best stunbreaks with cheap energy cost and etc. Marauder gear to hit 100% crit chance with fury. Does something can be changed to make this build better? Also I am wondering - for higher dmg, is it better to keep using Vessels of Empire (easy 25 might upkeep) or Forerunner of Death (15% dmg bonus)?
  15. Maybe there is chance for being a tengu as a playable, but in the sequel. When all threats will be solved - dragons and clean their minions, Inquest, Nightmare etc. Then in sequel, however will it be called, maybe Guild Wars 3, after time leap the time will come to explore the rest of the planet. With new races: - humans (of course but with started zone now in Cantha), - Tengu (also Cantha), - Charr (but evolved, so they can have more straight posture, with homeland in Flame or Ash legions lands or from Olmakhan tribe), - Asura with homeland in Rata Primus - I assume the problem with Inquest has been resolved) - Sylvari (how could they not be there when the time comes to explore, with Malyck's tree as a homeland or other Pale Tree that could be retrieved after killing Mordemoth. I also have another theory but it's not topic for this thread) - Kodan, Norn or Ogre - Quaggan or Largos (making armors for quaggan can be hard - look even at a charr nowadays and Largos just water humans, so it could be easier) - and my favourite - centaurs (with homeland in Dry Top, another race with, another race that is hard to make armor for)
  16. I can see the pattern for all those - ele's, engi's, necro's sroud and etc swap skills from 1 to 5 which are weapon skills, revenant legend swap was on 6 to 0. But still sad change.
  17. So even a mage, ranger or engineer can be if they have this "flame"... Tho arrow in the knee is enough to send many retire. I still recommend revenant as he is useful in most modes, have 2 heals and lifesteal which can be a rescue from many troubles. Necromancer is also worth recommending with scourge being easy and in demand everywhere plus reaper with greatsword if just want to smash things face to face.
  18. Tho I have one warrior myself (made him just for bladesworn) And for my class of choice, I tend to like revenant. At the beginning I was skeptical, I chose to think over engineer or elementalist (guess i like jack of all trades classes) All of engi classes seems fun in their own ways to me - holo with overheating mechanic and scrapper with it's barriers) From ele I like the concept of switching his skills plus weaver being even better version of it. In the end I picked revenant, why - mostly of his battle scars so I don't die so often. (i still wish GS went with renegade spec, not vindi)
  19. Phantom's onslaught- skill description says about range being 900, yet when used at mentioned range, it only dashes like 300 units never reaching the target Nomad's advance - not too often but happened several times in a row. When used - at least out of combat- skills switched to blue side, and like that several times when switched to red side and used this skill again. This stopped when used this skill on enemy to start a fight. Reavers rage - in EOD elites update mentioned this skill will no more grant fury and will daze instead. Skill description still says it's providing fury, with no info about daze. While using it still grants fury and is no dazing.
  20. ANet could use just Mist effect from basic revenant dodge. Like, Vindicator is jumping and after 1 sec the Mist appear and Vindicator vanish in this, then later Mist appears again and Vindicator appears from this.
  21. So there's a chance for Renes to take a break from being Alacrigade and focusing mostly on Condi dmg. By this you meant what? Lack of specific boons or lack of boons uptime? If you mean boons uptime, then maybe Herald will be a thing then too? I mean he can easily increase the boon cap above 100%, have a nice source of Stab and nice source of Fury, with some Might, Swiftness and Protection. Alac Mech can provide projectile hate, so Herald can focus on Jallis and Glint Stances.
  22. So it's possible to do Fractals with him. But what about raids? Like 2 Alac-Classes? I didn't started them yet so I'm curious. Maybe 2 Mechs or 1 Mech and 1 Rene.
  23. So Alac from Mech is only for 5 people? Good to know, since in description it doesn't mention what's the limit.
