I have been reading (and listening to) the latest patch notes and content providers' comments on them. I am looking for build suggestions to make due to upcoming torment changes, resolution, specific class changes, etc.
For example, if torment is essentially flipped, would a good Open World build still include torment in applied effects and avoided in WvW, PvP?
I've been playtesting a Scepter/torch, Axe/warhorn build for Scourge Condi w/minions and it has been working surprisingly well. I can solo a few champions and I am able to heal fallen players in metas. If someone could point out the weakness with such a build, I'd appreciate it.
