One other source of rose quartz is not open to everyone, but there is a bulletin board thing you can buy from the gem store that allows you to automatically farm materials from different zones - one of them being Istan. Everyday, I get my sign in reward and that bulletin board system also delivers a box filled with materials. I think Rose Quartz is only used in the Irradiated Vision Crystal recipe so you won't need much of it. The rose quartz powder (5-10) is obtained from salvaging rose quartz itself, so getting a handful of them isn't a huge chore.

I wonder what removing the videos would do to the economy. I don't CARE what it would do, but imagine all the extra loot added to the TP because people are doing more metas, mobbing, harvesting. I bet there would be a visible spike.

I have been reading (and listening to) the latest patch notes and content providers' comments on them. I am looking for build suggestions to make due to upcoming torment changes, resolution, specific class changes, etc. For example, if torment is essentially flipped, would a good Open World build still include torment in applied effects and avoided in WvW, PvP? I've been playtesting a Scepter/torch, Axe/warhorn build for Scourge Condi w/minions and it has been working surprisingly well. I can solo a few champions and I am able to heal fallen players in metas. If someone could point out the weakness with such a build, I'd appreciate it.
